Tia Booth Welcomes Baby Number Two with Husband Taylor Mock
Bachelor alum Tia Booth and her spouse, Taylor Mock, have welcomed their second child.
On Saturday, February 8, Booth, 33, and Mock announced that she gave birth four days prior.
“2/5/25🤍,” they captioned a shared Instagram post set to Coldplay’s “Sparks.”
In the video, Mock joyfully declared, “It’s a baby girl” as the newborn was placed on Booth’s chest.
The couple shared news of their pregnancy in August 2024, captioning an Instagram clip of their son, Tatum, who was born in December 2022, with “BIG BROTHER TATUM.”
In the video, Booth and Mock — who married in November 2023 after dating for two years — sat on a blanket in the grass with their son. Tatum approached the camera, revealing his “big bro” sweater as he got closer.
Later that month, Booth recounted how Mock discovered they were expecting. “I was trying to keep it a surprise for him,” she shared via her Instagram Story. “He spotted the test wrapper in the trash while cutting his toenails hahahaha.”
Booth posted a photo of the pregnancy test wrapper in the bin next to Mock’s nail clippings.
“He actually looked in the trash,” she joked. “I had hidden [the test] in the cupboard. It’s very, very, very faint.”
Initially, Mock was doubtful about the positive result. “How many secrets are you hiding from me?” he teased. “This is our bathroom. You don’t think I come in [here]?”
While Booth couldn’t keep the pregnancy under wraps, she opted to keep the baby’s sex a surprise until birth.
“We are not finding out [the sex] this time,” she disclosed in an Instagram Story. “That’s my idea. I wanted to experience this. If this is our second and last child, I want to do it at least once. Taylor isn’t keen and wants to know, so I’m resisting his peer pressure.”
Booth stated, “We don’t care if it’s a boy or a girl, so we’ll be happy either way.”
Despite not knowing the baby’s sex before birth, Booth mentioned that she and Mock wouldn’t delay choosing a name. With several options in mind, she considered deviating from the family tradition of names starting with “T.”
“I think we should mix it up, but Taylor is concerned this child will feel excluded,” she shared. “I personally believe they’d appreciate being unique.”
Before her relationship with Mock, Booth participated in Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of The Bachelor in 2018 and in seasons 5 and 7 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2018 and 2021, respectively.
