Todd Chrisley’s Son Invited to Sleep in His Room Following Father’s Release from Prison

Todd Chrisley is reminiscing on his family reunion following his and wife Julie Chrisley‘s release from prison.

In a Saturday, June 28, interview on My View With Lara Trump, Todd, 56, shared that their son Grayson, 19, wanted to sleep in his parents’ room the first night they returned to Tennessee. (Todd and Julie, 52, had spent nearly two years in federal prisons in Florida and Kentucky.)

“He came in and asked, ‘Can I sleep with you tonight?’” Todd recounted. “I said, ‘You can.’”

The couple was released from federal prison in May after receiving presidential pardons for their fraud convictions. Throughout their trial and a subsequent appeal hearing in 2022, the Chrisley Knows Best couple maintained their innocence.

The past two and a half years, he has taught me more than anyone ever could.”

Savannah, who had custody of Grayson and Chloe during her parents’ incarceration, added, “He thought I saved him, but in reality, he saved me. Going through this together has been a whirlwind.”
