Travis Kelce Named Global Brand Ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger
Travis Kelce is set to infuse all-star energy into the fashion scene.
On Monday, March 30, it was announced that Kelce, 36, will take on the role of brand ambassador and creative collaborator for Tommy Hilfiger. Reflecting on their partnership, he shared, “I’ve long admired Tommy Hilfiger as an iconic American brand,” according to WWD. “Since 10th grade, when I would ask my mom for Sailing Gear jackets, I’ve been captivated by the brand’s confident style and its red, white, and blue essence.”
Kelce added, “Collaborating with Tommy and infusing my own twist into classic pieces, while ensuring they feel original for today, is a dream come true.”
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end will feature in various advertisements and will contribute creatively alongside the design team. Known for his vibrant style and eye-catching outfits, he’s excited to bring his unique flair to the brand.
“Some of the product is clearly influenced by his passion for color, yet intertwined with Tommy’s signature styles,” Hilfiger, 75, hinted. “Ultimately, it will always focus on authenticity, and he aims to create pieces he would genuinely wear.” The designer indicated the one-season collection will primarily feature sportswear alongside tailored garments.
This fall, Kelce’s collaboration will debut with an advertisement showcasing him exploring New York City. He’ll also shoot a campaign in the city in April, set to launch in late August or September.
Hilfiger praised Kelce and outlined their collaborative vision, stating, “Travis Kelce represents one of the most captivating figures in sports and culture today. He embodies a new breed of athletes showcasing their individuality through style, with a relatable quality that resonates with people. I’m eager to see how he injects his fearless, playful, and bold perspective into Prep Made Current for fans globally.”
This isn’t Kelce’s first foray into fashion design.
In 2019, he launched his lifestyle brand, Tru Kolors, which features graphic T-shirts, tracksuits, sweatshirts, and pants. Additionally, in August 2025, he collaborated with American Eagle to create a collection comprising over 90 items.
