Troian Bellisario Models a Swimsuit Just Two Months After Giving Birth

Pretty Little Liars alum Troian Bellisario is embracing her body with confidence just two months after the arrival of her third child.

“This bish [sic] is in a SAUNA!” Bellisario, 40, shared in a selfie on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, March 14.

In the photo, the actress-turned-director sported a plum, high-waisted one-piece featuring a plunging neckline. She accessorized with delicate gold necklaces and styled her wavy brunette hair into a high bun.

Bellisario welcomed her third baby with her husband Patrick J. Adams in January.

“I have three daughters now,” Adams, 44, mentioned on The Drew Barrymore Show earlier this week. “[She was born] about a month ago, so I’m not quite sure where I am right now.”

The couple, who haven’t disclosed their newborn’s name, previously welcomed daughters Aurora in 2018 and Elliot in 2021.

“[We are] having a blast,” Adams told Entertainment Tonight at the March premiere of The Madison regarding his expanding family. “We’re in the one-month stage, which means diapers, little sleep, and a lot of love. It’s filled with cuddles and pure joy. Sleep isn’t really part of the agenda right now.”

He added, “Having spent my whole life around women—two sisters and now three daughters—it creates a unique atmosphere for a man. It has prepared me beautifully to portray this character on The Madison, who navigates life surrounded by women and is simply trying to figure out how to care for and support them in an unfamiliar environment.”

The duo, who first met on set in 2009, has been married since 2016.

“You light up every room you enter, bring smiles to every face, and open every heart you come across,” Adams expressed about his wife on Instagram in 2020. “We’ve traveled many paths together, and I’m thankful for every moment.”

As they navigated life with Aurora and Elliot, the couple announced late last year that they were expecting once again.

“We don’t yet know your name or gender. We can’t predict your first smile or the way your laughter will touch our hearts,” Adams shared on Instagram in November 2025 after Bellisario announced her pregnancy. “We’re unsure of what will make you laugh or cry or which foods will capture your heart first.”

He continued, “We don’t know what will frighten you or how you’ll learn to overcome it. We don’t know what music will make you want to move or what clothes you’ll reach for when you grow strong enough. We don’t know how our hearts will dance when we hold you for the first time. While we’ve experienced this before, we have never done so with you, leaving us with just a sense of unknown.”

According to Adams, the only certainty for him and Bellisario was a “limitless supply of love” awaiting their new bundle of joy.

“Love, laughter, tears, dance parties, lullabies, and lessons await,” he concluded. “We’ll guide you in some areas, but you will teach us everything else.”
