Troian Bellisario Welcomes Her Third Child with Patrick J. Adams
Troian Bellisario and Patrick J. Adams have officially welcomed their third child, making their family even larger.
Adams, 44, shared a touching black-and-white Instagram post on Tuesday, January 27, featuring the tiny hand of their newborn resting atop his own.
Fans and celebrities alike expressed their excitement for the couple’s newest family member in the comments. Pretty Little Liars creator I. Marlene King exclaimed, “Oh baby! Mazel Tov! It’s a party of five now! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” while Adams’ former Suits co-star Sarah Rafferty sent love saying, “We adore you sweet baby. ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
Actress Katie Lowes added, “Yay we love you little baby and can’t wait to meet you!!!” while Bellisario’s former PLL co-star Ashley Benson responded with several heart-eye emojis.
Bellisario, 40, and Adams were married in December 2016. They are already proud parents to daughters Aurora and Elliot, born in October 2018 and May 2021, respectively.
In November 2025, the Pretty Little Liars star and the Suits actor announced they were expecting their third child.
“Here comes a new decade and a whole new human to accompany it,” Bellisario wrote in an Instagram post celebrating her 40th birthday.
Adams also shared a beautiful black-and-white image of Bellisario tenderly cradling her baby bump while gazing out a window.
“We don’t know your name yet. We don’t know your gender. We don’t know what your smile looks like or how your first laugh will warm our hearts. We don’t know what delights you or what will make you cry, or what food will hold your heart first,” he expressed on Instagram. “We don’t know what might scare you or how you’ll conquer that fear. We also don’t know what music will make you dance or what clothes you’ll pick once you’re strong enough to reach for them. What we do know is that we’re filled with an infinite amount of love waiting for you. Love, laughter, tears, dance parties, lullabies, and lessons. We will teach you some things, but you’ll teach us so much more.”
While Adams acknowledged their uncertainty, he emphasized, “There’s nothing we want more than to be your parents.”
“It’s going to be a wild journey, but we will be right there with you every step of the way,” he concluded. “Thank you for choosing us. We will always choose you. Soon…”
Before welcoming their third child, Bellisario had an extraordinary birth experience with their second daughter, Elliot. In June 2021, during an appearance on Lowes’ “Katie’s Crib” podcast, they shared that Adams played a pivotal role in delivering their baby in a hospital parking lot.
Adams recounted that there was “no room for panic” during the situation as Bellisario got into position in the car and he noticed the baby starting to arrive. He described the experience, saying, “It all happened within just about three minutes.”
“As soon as I flipped her, she started crying and yelling,” he remembered about Elliot’s birth.
Bellisario added, “I just looked back over my shoulder while on all fours and saw Patrick holding her upside down, and she was crying, so I thought, ‘She’s alive. She’s OK. She’s breathing.’”
