On Thursday, February 13, Victoria, 50, shared an Instagram video, in which she mentioned that she was “just trying to decide what to wear” for the occasion. In the video, she modeled her first choice: an all-black ensemble that playfully revealed some skin while leaving much to the imagination.
She looked effortlessly chic in a tiny black cut-out top from her Spring 2025 line, giving a modern twist to the classic 1990s cami. With its cut-out details at the bust, visible bra seams, and minimal straps, it was, as Victoria described, “the ultimate date night piece.”
“It’s sensual, discreet, and I adore the fitted ‘90s silhouette,” she commented, highlighting how it added a playful touch to her traditional tuxedo style, which featured an ultra low-rise waist reminiscent of Y2K fashion. The satin waistband paid tribute to a classic men’s cummerbund, while an elegant satin tie that gracefully skimmed her thigh and settled just above her ankle created a flattering leg-lengthening effect.
Her sleek trousers complemented her figure beautifully, featuring a stylish flare that nods to the 90s trend. This style gained popularity after Kendrick Lamar took the stage at the 2025 Super Bowl in a pair of light-wash Celine flare jeans, which quickly went viral and sold out almost immediately.
Not surprisingly, Victoria’s look, along with her matching cami, has already begun to sell out in various sizes. However, just a day later, the designer was back on Instagram with a second, equally stunning outfit, having seemingly changed at least once more before she finally chose a colorful dress and felt “ready for date night with David Beckham.”
Crafted from body-hugging stretch jersey, the sleeveless gown effortlessly combined comfort with sophistication. Featuring a stylish drape down the front and a keyhole detail at the back, this gown promised to make a lasting impression from every angle, especially with double side slits that revealed considerable leg.
The brand described the gown’s shade as “a regal tone of fig,” which nostalgically echoed the iconic purple looks they wore during their 1999 wedding. Victoria insists that these outfits were a “fun way to express themselves,” regardless of what others thought (which also applies to their guests and the millions who tuned in worldwide for the live news broadcasts).

When quizzed by reporters, David, 49, later recalled, “What were we thinking?” while reflecting on their bold purple attire. “I think I was just following Victoria’s lead,” he remarked in an interview with Vogue Australia in 2024, something he has consistently done throughout their 25-plus years of marriage.
Forever her biggest supporter, David later spoke about Victoria and credited her with inspiring him to explore fashion and try new trends. “She always instilled that confidence in me, and she still does today, even after 27 years,” he shared, according to a People article from that year. “She continues to inspire me to want to look good and feel good.”
David will certainly “love this” outfit just as much, if not more than the first, especially considering the sentimental purple hue that recalls their wedding day. “Honestly, she always looks incredible,” he remarked in 2024. “It’s a good problem, but it is a problem.
