What’s Inside Erin Lichy’s Bottega Veneta Clutch? Makeup, Jewelry, and More!
Erin Lichy has an exceptional eye for bags.
The 38-year-old star of The Real Housewives of New York City recently shared her thoughts with Us Weekly about the essentials she keeps in her Bottega Veneta clutch while promoting her debut book, She’s a Host: An Unbuttoned Cookbook for Elegant Entertaining, which was launched by DK publishing on Tuesday, October 28.
“I usually opt for a larger bag, but today I chose to carry my clutch,” she told Us.
“I can’t quite remember where I purchased it, likely somewhere online,” Lichy recalled. “I adore it because it’s surprisingly spacious—while it appears small, it accommodates so much and matches with everything.”
Within her clutch, Lichy was equipped for any scenario throughout the day: cosmetics, glasses, and her wallet.

Book
Though she couldn’t fit a copy of her She’s a Host: An Unbuttoned Cookbook for Elegant Entertaining in her clutch, Lichy made sure to bring it along. “It’s a bit cumbersome to carry, but it’s okay,” she told Us.
Phone
Her phone was attached to an Octobuddy, a gift from one of her daughters. (Erin has four kids—Levi, 9, Layla, 7, Elijah, 4, and Jack, who was born in March and is now 7 months old—together with husband Abe Lichy.)
Makeup Bag
“My makeup case, a Bottega Veneta that Abe gifted me for Mother’s Day, is a must-have,” Erin expressed enthusiastically, recalling the thoughtful present as “really special.”
Makeup
In her makeup bag, Erin carries a highlighter, L’Oréal cream blush, brown mascara by Tower 28, a lip liner, and a Lawless lipstick in the shade Fawn.
Glasses
“I wear Celine glasses,” she stated. “I’m really fond of them. They have a unique shape that I don’t see often.”
Wallet
Her wallet also holds her headphones, which she noted she can “never seem to find.” Inside, she carries her AmEx card along with various gift cards for Ulta Beauty. Erin shared that she typically relies on her digital wallet rather than her physical cards.
Necklace
“I’m not sure why this ended up in my clutch, but it’s an adorable piece,” she remarked as she pulled out a necklace.
Alcohol
Next Gen NYC star Ava Dash revealed her everyday purse essentials to Us Weekly. Peeking inside the model’s Miu Miu shoulder bag — or her Bottega Veneta Mini Loop — you would spot a rose quartz or citrine crystal for positive energy, along with a $20 bill (sage advice from …).
“I don’t typically carry alcohol in my clutch, but maybe I should,” Lichy joked, pulling out a small bottle. “I’m sure this makes me look like an alcoholic,” she quipped.
Keys
“These actually belong to my old apartment,” she told Us, laughing as she remarked she should “consider letting go” of the key and fob.
Wristlet
“I toss this green bracelet into my bag regularly,” she mentioned, explaining she picked it up at Bloomingdale’s during her pregnancy.
