Since its launch in 2006, Top Chef has honored numerous champions globally and continues to thrive.
In every season, the reality series auditions chefs in a fresh location that sets the theme. Typically, at least 12 chefs compete against each other for the title of Top Chef.
Participants engage in Quickfire Challenges each episode, and those who fail to impress the judges must confront an Elimination Challenge to reach the finals. The final three contestants prepare a full-course meal, and the chef with the best dish wins a cash prize of $250,000.
