Where Are They Now? The Cast of ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’
Everybody Loves Raymond evolved into a beloved sitcom, humorously showcasing the lives of relatives who were perhaps a bit too intertwined, and became a household favorite for nearly a decade.
This CBS series aired for nine seasons, totaling 210 episodes, from September 1996 to May 2005. The main cast featured Ray Romano (Ray Barone), Patricia Heaton (Debra Barone), Brad Garrett (Robert Barone), Doris Roberts (Marie Barone), Peter Boyle (Frank Barone), Monica Horan (Amy MacDougall), Madylin Sweeten (Ally Barone), Sawyer Sweeten (Geoffrey Barone), and Sullivan Sweeten (Michael Barone).
In November 2018, Heaton shared with Us Weekly her thoughts on the likelihood of a revival, stating, “I don’t think it’s feasible now with Peter and Doris gone. It just wouldn’t have the same feel.”
Romano echoed similar sentiments when he spoke to Today in October 2020, asserting that a revival “won’t happen” with the original cast. “We’re missing Peter, we’re missing Doris,” he remarked, reflecting Heaton’s earlier comments. “We’re missing the essence of the show.”
