Which Selling Sunset Stars Are Returning for Season 10, and Who Isn’t?
While Netflix hasn’t officially announced the return of Selling Sunset for its tenth season, the cast is already dropping hints about who may be back — and who won’t.
The ninth season, which debuted in October 2025, left fans with many uncertainties, including fractured relationships among central cast members. Emma Hernan found her friendship with Chrishell Stause and Chelsea Lazkani strained due to her romance with former partner Blake Davis.
Chrishell was on amicable terms only with Chelsea, who maintained her distance from the others. Notably, Chelsea had tensions with Mary Bonnet and Bre Tiesi, stemming from various feuds highlighted throughout the season.
Among the cast, Nicole Young found herself at the center of controversy after being let go by Jason and Brett Oppenheim following a contentious dinner. Her firing created further division, as many cast members opted not to film with her.
By the time the cast convened for the reunion special, divisions among them were deeper than ever. Several cast members expressed uncertainty about their return, while former participant Christine Quinn alluded to a possible comeback.
Here’s a rundown of which stars are likely — and unlikely — to return for season 10:
Jason Oppenheim
Jason Oppenheim is set to return, as it wouldn’t be Selling Sunset without the brothers behind the Oppenheim Group.
Brett Oppenheim
Similarly, Brett Oppenheim is expected to join, as there’s always room for sibling squabbles about the office hedge.
Christine Quinn
Christine Quinn left Selling Sunset after season 5, which aired in 2022. In February 2026, she hinted at her potential return, a sentiment confirmed by Us in March 2026, stating she was indeed coming back for season 10 after nearly a four-year hiatus.
Sources revealed that filming was “supposed to start” but had been “postponed due to Christine needing to finalize negotiations.”
Mary Bonnet
Mary Bonnet expressed her desire to return during a red carpet interview at the 2025 National Television Awards, stating, “As long as everyone’s aligned on the show’s direction, I’ll always come back.”
Chrishell Stause
When asked about a potential return to the beloved series, Chrishell Stause appeared to be weighing her options. “The reunion was quite harsh. I realized I might need to step back,” she shared with Variety in October 2025. A month later, she confirmed her exit, voicing concerns regarding her mental health and expressing that she no longer required the show for financial stability.
Us later confirmed in March 2026 that Chrishell is “not returning” after her previous declarations of needing a break.
Heather Rae El Moussa
Heather Rae El Moussa expressed her preference for returning to Selling Sunset rather than its spin-off, Selling the OC, highlighting her bond with the core cast. Us later confirmed in March 2026 that she will indeed be back for season 10 after her departure in season 7.
Amanza Smith
Despite returning to her roots in interior design, Amanza Smith is likely to be back in season 10.
Emma Hernan
In a November 2025 interview with Us, Emma Hernan expressed uncertainty about her future with the series, stating she was content with her current peaceful life. She mentioned that while filming the reunion was draining, she enjoyed her time away and didn’t foresee a return to filming soon.
Emma did hint at a potential departure during the “Untraditionally Lala” podcast, suggesting she felt “tapped out.” Though she refrained from officially declaring her exit, she acknowledged her happiness with life currently and her desire to spend time with family.
Chelsea Lazkani
During the 2025 National Television Awards, Chelsea Lazkani stated she was “undecided” about her future with the show. Us later confirmed in March 2026 that, similar to Chrishell and Nicole, Chelsea would not be rejoining the cast for the upcoming season.
Nicole Young
This past season revealed Nicole Young’s firing from the Oppenheim Group, a scenario she later claimed was orchestrated for dramatic effect. She expressed, “I’m still at Oppenheim; the firing was just a storyline,” via Instagram in October 2025. Despite hinting at a return, sources later confirmed that Nicole would not be returning for season 10.
Bre Tiesi
While her return for season 10 seems likely, Bre Tiesi hasn’t made any official statements yet.
Alanna Gold
After joining the cast last season, Alanna Gold had a limited presence in season 9. It remains uncertain if she will appear in future episodes.
Sandra Vergara
Sofía Vergara’s sister, Sandra Vergara, hinted to Us that she’d like to share her story after joining later in season 9. “I wish I had been introduced earlier, but I understand the dynamics among the cast,” she shared.
“Watching the show clarified a lot for me about the anger among certain cast members. It’s surprising how minor issues escalate into ongoing feuds,” she added.
