Which Stars from Selling the OC Are Returning for Season 4?
Selling the OC has been chronicling the lives of realtors from The Oppenheim Group in Orange County, California, since 2022.
While seasons 1 through 3 were filmed closely together, season 4 was only confirmed in January.
The original cast included Selling Sunset’s Jason Oppenheim, Alexandra “Alex” Hall, Tyler Stanaland, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Polly Brindle, Brandi Marshall, Austin Victoria, Lauren Shortt, and Sean Palmieri.
In the time surrounding the release of season 3 in May 2024, several original stars departed from the real estate firm, leaving their futures on the show uncertain. When Netflix announced the premiere date of season 4 — set for November 12 — creator Adam DiVello hinted at upcoming changes.
“A lot has changed in the personal lives of those agents since Season 3, so it’s thrilling to return,” DiVello mentioned in a statement in January, indicating that filming would commence that spring. He also indicated that there will be “many new faces” this time.

Alexandra ‘Alex’ Hall
Alex confirmed her return for the upcoming season via social media in April, sharing behind-the-scenes images from filming. She also hinted that her new boyfriend would appear in some capacity.
Gio Helou
Gio, now a father, will also return for the new season. He and wife Tiffany Helou welcomed their son Teddy in September 2023.
Tyler Stanaland
As a central character in seasons 1 through 3, Tyler’s announcement of his departure from The Oppenheim Group in October 2023 surprised many fans.
“I will be joining my dad and brother at Douglas Elliman and am excited to partner with a brand that has exceptional reach and presence in the market,” he told Us Weekly at the time. “I’m thrilled for this new chapter and to be working with family again.”
Previously married to Brittany Snow during season 1, leading to their divorce in July 2023, Tyler made headlines for his flirtatious connection with Alex H. The two shared a kiss in season 2, but by season 3, they had separated. It’s unclear if Tyler will return for season 4 following his job transition.
Polly Brindle
Original cast member Polly featured in Netflix’s promotional video in July, confirming her return for season 4.
Austin Victoria
Austin and his wife, Lisa Victoria, have remained fan favorites since season 1. The pair have promoted Selling the OC both in person and on social media throughout the summer, confirming their return for another season.
Alexandra Jarvis
In April 2024, Jason shared with People that Jarvis had exited The Oppenheim Group following her ups and downs during season 3. “She chose to do what’s best for her, and I respect that decision,” he remarked. Jarvis has not publicly spoken about her departure from the firm or her return plans for season 4.
Kayla Cardona
Kayla, who hosts the “Pain to Power” podcast in addition to her real estate career, is anticipated to return.
Brandi Marshall
Brandi has yet to make a public statement regarding her status for season 4, but she remains an active realtor in both Orange County and Los Angeles. She still lists Selling the OC on her Instagram.
Sean Palmieri
Sean experienced conflict with several of his Oppenheim Group colleagues during season 3, which aired in 2024. Before the season premiered, he announced his departure from the group.
“Regrettably, the Oppenheim Group was not a good cultural fit for me, but I am enthusiastic about the future,” Sean told Entertainment Tonight in November 2023, revealing that he had “just signed as a partner with a stellar, top-producing team and mentor” named Steve Games. “Our team recently launched with Coldwell Banker West.”
Given that season 4 was filmed well over a year after Sean’s departure, it seems unlikely that he will appear in the upcoming season.
Alexandra Rose
Rose remains with the Oppenheim Group, so fans can likely expect to see her on-screen again this season.
Jason Oppenheim
Jason will continue to lead the Oppenheim Group’s Orange County office, just as he has in previous seasons.
Lauren Shortt
Us confirmed in February that Lauren, an original cast member, would not be returning for season 4 after leaving The Oppenheim Group. She is now collaborating with fellow real estate agent and designer Cindi Karamzadeh within the Compass framework.
Alexandra ‘Ali’ Harper
Ali, who joined in season 3, was learning the ropes of real estate under The Oppenheim Group agents. However, she exclusively told Us in May 2024 that she still hadn’t obtained her real estate license. She is not currently listed among the group’s active members, suggesting her time on the show was brief.
Kaylee Riccardi
Variety confirmed on July 14 that Kaylee would be one of three new cast members for season 4. Her Instagram profile indicates that Kaylee works as a real estate agent, specializing in vacation rentals, and also serves as a creator, director of partnerships, and event coordinator.
Fiona Belle
Fiona is another new face joining the cast for season 4. She is part of the Oppenheim Group serving both Orange County and San Diego County, as indicated by her social media.
Ashtyn Zerboni
Ashtyn will be the third new character Netflix fans will meet in season 4. Us revealed in July that this luxury real estate agent recently welcomed her first child, daughter Juliette, with her husband Jeffrey Zerboni.
