Lo Bosworth from The Hills Ties the Knot and Is Expecting Her First Child with Dom Natale

The Hills alum Lo Bosworth has officially tied the knot and is also expecting her first child!

“We joyfully said yes,” Bosworth, 38, shared on Instagram on Monday, July 28, alongside images with her new husband, Dom Natale. “And life, with its perfect timing, responded back in kind.”

The couple celebrated their wedding at Bosworth’s family home in Laguna Beach on July 20. Her baby bump was visible, as the couple had begun their IVF journey in preparation for their wedding.

“We aimed for our wedding to reflect where we are right now,” Bosworth explained to People on Monday. “I’m about four months along, and before starting our fertility journey, we envisioned a grand wedding in New York City.”

Bosworth, who revealed their engagement in January, shared how their plans shifted after learning about her pregnancy. “Once our family plans were underway, we decided to pivot towards a more intimate gathering that felt perfect if I got blessed with a pregnancy: a cozy wedding with our nearest and dearest at home. We could kick off our shoes, unwind, relish delicious food, and enjoy the lovely decor,” she added.

The small ceremony hosted fewer than 30 guests.

“Getting married at home in Laguna felt so right for us—welcoming, soothing, and filled with love,” Bosworth remarked. “Having both lived in NYC for around 15 years, going back to Laguna to get married feels like a beautiful full-circle moment.”

She elaborated: “We desired a simple yet vibrant lunch that felt inclusive instead of formal. When your reception is in your backyard and you encourage guests to take a dip in the pool, you have to approach everything with a laid-back attitude.”

Bosworth also discussed selecting her Hailey Desjardins wedding dress while pregnant, noting, “When we set our July date, we were unsure if our IVF cycle would be successful. I picked out a dress (or two) early on, hoping one would fit if we were fortunate.”

The former reality star aimed for a “timeless” look.

“By then, I was over three months pregnant, had gained weight due to the medication, and was beginning to show. We concluded that a classic style that highlighted my baby bump was best,” Bosworth finished. “My finalized dress arrived at 8 P.M. the night before I left for our wedding, and I will always be thankful to Tommy and Hailey for helping me out during such a crucial moment.”
