Tom Sandoval Hints at His Reality TV Future Following America’s Got Talent
Tom Sandoval’s trajectory with America’s Got Talent has been clarified.
On Wednesday, August 20, host Terry Crews announced which three acts from the quarterfinals will advance to the next stage. It was revealed that Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras did not gather enough votes to continue in the competition.
While Tom’s journey on America’s Got Talent may come to an end, his reality TV career is just beginning.
“I just finished House of Villains season three, and I’m really looking forward to it,” Tom, 43, told Us Weekly exclusively on July 30. “I’ve heard fantastic feedback from production and others involved, suggesting it’s going to be a stellar season—perhaps the best one yet.”
In May, Peacock confirmed that Tom would join Christine Quinn, Basketball Wives’ Jackie Christie, Mob Wives’ Drita D’Avanzo, and other TV icons in a pursuit to become America’s ultimate supervillain.
“It was an incredible experience, and I was pleasantly surprised,” Tom hinted. “It might be one of my favorites yet. … In a show like House of Villains, you really get the chance to forge friendships and connections. I was in there mixing cocktails, and it created such a cool atmosphere.”
Fans are also speculating that Tom and his girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, might be heading to The Valley for season 3.
While Bravo hasn’t made any casting announcements for the upcoming season, Tom is uncertain about his fit for the show.
“I don’t have any specific plans to participate,” he mentioned. “I’m feeling mixed about it. I truly appreciate having the space to focus on what I enjoy without the pressure of filming all the time. I’ve got so much going on right now, although I can’t disclose the details, as there are many projects in the works behind the scenes.”
After his time on America’s Got Talent, Tom hopes to bring Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras to audiences nationwide for live performances.
Regardless of what judge Simon Cowell commented about his vocals, Tom appreciates the experience and the constructive feedback he received.
“I’m just glad to have been part of it,” he shared with Us. “I feel fortunate to be among such talented performers. Anything that comes after this is genuinely just a bonus.”
America’s Got Talent airs on NBC every Tuesday and Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET. Old episodes can be streamed anytime on Peacock.
