The Relationship Journey of Chase Chrisley and Jodi Laine Fournerat

Chase Chrisley is committed to his girlfriend Jodi Laine Fournerat, even with his family’s concerns.

Fans got a glimpse into Chase’s relationship with Jodi when The Chrisleys: Back to Reality premiered on Lifetime in September 2025. When Chase discussed the possibility of proposing to Jodi during the show, it was clear that Julie Chrisley was not supportive. At one point, Savannah Chrisley even mentioned she would “object” to their wedding.

“Just because I am in prison does not mean that my role as a mother ceases,” Julie stated in a phone call from prison, featured in the fourth episode of the docuseries. “Yes, my actions are very much restricted, but at my core, I am still a mother to these children.”

She commented, “When he shared that he wanted to marry Jodi, I was far from excited. I don’t know her, so I can’t support my son marrying someone I don’t even know.”

Chase introduced Jodi to the public in November 2023, just months after ending his engagement with ex-fiancée Emmy Medders.

“My mom advises me not to rush anything. She wants me to be patient, but it’s been over two years. Therefore, I don’t feel like I’m hurrying,” Chase mentioned in the docuseries concerning his potential proposal. “I think a lot of it stems from the fact that my mom doesn’t want to miss out. But there’s nothing we can do about it at this moment.”

“Happy is an understatement,” Jodi wrote in a joint Instagram post with Chase, marking their relationship debut on social media.

June 2024

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE LOVE OF MY LIFE! If I could live my life again, I would find you sooner so I could love you longer,” Jodi shared in an Instagram post. “You bring me happiness beyond what I ever imagined. I love you more than words can ever convey, my love.”

August 2024

Jodi officially relocated to Nashville to be nearer to Chase after a year of long-distance dating.

“I was on call constantly and working weekends, so I would come to Nashville as much as possible, but it was definitely easier for Chase to fly in,” Jodi explained to People in July 2025. “I could typically only stay for a weekend, while Chase would come and stay for two to three weeks.”

February 2025

Chase celebrated Valentine’s Day by posting a photo of himself kissing Jodi on the cheek.

In their first joint interview, Chase hinted at Jodi’s role in The Chrisleys: Back to Reality.

“Chase reminded me that being a part of his life means I should also be part of the show, as it revolves around him. He wanted me to join in,” she shared with People. “He left the decision up to me, but he expressed that he would love for me to be involved.”

Jodi made her official debut on the docuseries, and Chase opened up about their relationship.

“My parents have never truly given a fair chance to anyone I’ve dated,” Chase revealed during his confessional. “It took me a long time to figure things out, and I regret that, but now my focus is to be the best version of myself each day and continue to grow as a man.”
