Kevin Costner’s Ex-Wife Christine Baumgartner Ties the Knot with Josh Connor

Christine Baumgartner and Josh Connor have officially tied the knot.

People reported that the couple exchanged their vows on Saturday, October 18, at the Santa Ynez Ranch in Santa Barbara, California. The outdoor ceremony, attended by over 100 guests, took place just before sunset.

Baumgartner, 51, dazzled in a custom Mira Zwillinger gown adorned with hand-embroidered flowers, later changing into a white satin strapless dress by Lihi Hod for the reception. Connor, also 51, sported a meticulously tailored black tuxedo.

Baumgartner became associated with Connor after filing for divorce from her ex-husband Kevin Costner in May 2023, citing irreconcilable differences after nearly two decades of marriage. The former couple, who finalized their divorce in 2024, share three children: sons Cayden, 18, and Hayes, 16, and daughter Grace, 15. Costner also has daughters Annie, 41, and Lily, 39, along with son Joe, 37, from his marriage to Cindy Silva, and a son, Liam, 28, with ex-partner Bridget Rooney.

Connor, a friend of Costner, was first seen with Baumgartner in Hawaii in 2023. Following their trip, Baumgartner testified in her divorce proceedings that she and Connor were merely friends. Costner raised doubts about her fidelity, especially after she requested documents regarding his finances.

“Respondent has no responsive documents for ‘extramarital romantic relationships’ in which he engaged because he engaged in none,” court documents obtained by Us in August 2023 stated. Costner’s attorneys also mentioned that the actor was uncertain if Baumgartner had any ‘extramarital romantic relationships’ before their separation and questioned her financial dealings related to any potential affairs.

In 2024, various sources confirmed that Baumgartner and Connor were dating. Following news of their romance, an exclusive source revealed to Us Weekly that Costner, 70, was aware of their relationship.

“Kevin had strong suspicions that something was happening between Christine and Josh. Their close connection was quite obvious,” an insider shared in 2024, noting that their relationship turned romantic “relatively recently.”

“Christine believes Kevin has no grounds for complaints,” the source explained. “Josh has been Christine’s support during her divorce. If Kevin has an issue with that, it’s on him.”

The following year, People reported that Connor proposed during a date night on a secluded beach in Santa Barbara, thanks to rainy weather. Us reached out for comments at that time.

Us revealed in August that Costner is currently dating author and director Kelly Noonan Gores. “They are casually hanging out, introduced by mutual friends,” an insider stated.

While Costner resides in Carpinteria, California, Noonan Gores, 46, lives in Manhattan Beach. It’s noted that their relationship is “not serious” yet, although they have “spent time” together in Colorado.

“They both often visit Aspen and share mutual friends,” the source disclosed. “They’ve been casually getting to know one another whenever possible.”
