Kaley Cuoco Channels Jennifer Aniston in Her Critics Choice Awards Ensemble
Kaley Cuoco drew inspiration from the legendary Jennifer Aniston for her outfit at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards.
Cuoco, 40, discussed her sleek all-black Simkhai ensemble showcased during the awards, held at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday, January 4. She revealed that she was channeling the Friends star’s fashion from 2002 for her look. The outfit featured a tailored satin blazer complemented by straight pants, and Cuoco opted for a black bralette underneath the blazer.
The actress elevated her ensemble with a diamond chain necklace and dangling earrings. Her full makeup included bronzed cheeks, long lashes, smoky eyeshadow, and pink lips. Her brunette hair was neatly parted down the middle, styled in an elegant updo with face-framing strands cascading down.
On the red carpet, Cuoco held hands with her husband Tom Pelphrey, who looked dapper in a black double-breasted blazer, matching pants, and a mockneck sweater.

When Aniston, 56, donned the outfit at the 2002 Golden Globes, she sported a fitted blazer with satin lapels and a single-button closure. She paired it with low-rise pants and pointed-toe heels and accessorized with a glamorous clutch.
Aniston also added a diamond necklace and earrings, completed her makeup with brown eyeshadow, and long lashes, and styled her hair in a messy — yet chic — updo.
Aniston attended the awards alongside her then-partner Brad Pitt, who wore a black blazer with a white dress shirt and a shiny gold tie, accessorizing with brown shades and leather shoes.
Aniston and Pitt, 62, began dating in 1998, got engaged a year later at a Sting concert, and married in 2000. Their relationship ended with a highly publicized divorce in 2005, following his romance with Mr. & Mrs. Smith co-star Angelina Jolie.
Pitt and Jolie wed in 2014, but she filed for divorce in 2016, with a judge declaring them legally single in 2019. The couple ultimately finalized their divorce in 2024.
On her part, Aniston moved on to Justin Theroux, whom she was married to from 2015 until 2018, and is currently dating Jim Curtis. The two have been romantically linked since mid-2025 and appear to be going strong.
