Olivia Rodrigo Dazzles in Sheer Lingerie-Inspired Dress at Grammys Afterparty
Olivia Rodrigo took a bold step at a glamorous event.
The 22-year-old singer showcased her pink lingerie in a sheer Valentino dress at a Grammys afterparty. In an Instagram post shared on Monday, February 2, Rodrigo dazzled in a transparent gown featuring a boat neckline, short sleeves, and intricate peach and flesh-toned lace details. Beneath it, she revealed her Araks Gita undergarments, which included a sparkling balconette bra and low-rise underwear.
To complement her striking outfit, Rodrigo accessorized with diamond earrings from Anabela Chan and pink peep-toe kitten heels by Jude Haze. She completed her ensemble with a sequin Fendi purse draped over one shoulder.
Her makeup featured soft glam, with well-defined eyebrows and a dewy finish. A hint of blush and bronzer adorned her cheeks, while winged eyeliner added the perfect touch. Her brunette hair was styled in an elegant updo with two front pieces left loose.
“#weekend #ootd 🩷🩷🩷🩷,” she wrote in the post. Fans showered her with compliments in the comments.
“PERFECT PRINCESS,” one admirer exclaimed. Another added, “prettiest girl 💗💗.” A third commented, “This outfit is absolutely gorgeous.”
This year, Rodrigo skipped the Grammys but was seen at Sir Lucian Grainge’s 2026 Music Is Universal Artist Showcase over the weekend.
Last year, she made a stunning appearance at the Grammys in a sultry black Versace gown. The bold design featured a deep plunging neckline with a halter style and strappy details that reached her hips. The rest of the dress was a flowing skirt with a graceful train.
For her makeup, she opted for dewy foundation, perfectly shaped brows, and contoured cheeks. She finished her look with pink-lined lips, long lashes, and striking winged eyeliner. Her hair was styled in a voluminous blowout.
Previously, Rodrigo wore another daring sheer dress at the 2023 Grammys. Her Miu Miu creation featured a transparent design with a central seam accentuating her abs, underneath which she wore mid-rise underwear and a black bra.
The High School Musical: The Musical: The Series actress accessorized with a delicate black stone necklace and a dark manicure.
Rodrigo celebrated her first Grammy win in 2022, taking home awards for Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album for her album Sour, and Best Pop Solo Performance for her hit song “Drivers License.”
During her acceptance speech for Best New Artist, Rodrigo expressed her gratitude, stating, “Thank you so much to the Recording Academy. This is my biggest dream come true. Thank you to everyone at Interscope, especially John Janick, for believing in me and my songwriting before anything else.”
Rodrigo noted her appreciation for her team, saying, “I love you guys. A huge thanks to Dan [Nigro], who made all of my music with me.”
Since then, she has received multiple Grammy nominations, with her most recent being at the 2025 Grammys, where she was nominated for Best Song Written for Visual Media for her track “Can’t Catch Me Now,” featured in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.
