Gwyneth Paltrow’s Daughter Apple Shares the One Time She Tried Lip Filler
Gwyneth Paltrow‘s daughter, Apple Martin, is sharing her experience about the only time she tried lip filler.
“Time to be honest — I got lip filler once,” Apple, 21, revealed in her “Stressed Out College Student” beauty routine video for Vogue, posted on Thursday, February 12. “I thought it was too much, but everyone seems to think I have outrageous lip filler.”
The British model addressed the ongoing rumors, saying, “I just pout my lips a lot, and I wear a lot of lip gloss.”
Paltrow shares Apple with her ex-husband, Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin. They welcomed Apple and son Moses Martin, 19, before announcing their “conscious uncoupling” in 2014 after 13 years of marriage. The couple officially divorced in 2016, prioritizing their co-parenting relationship as they moved on with their lives.
“In a way, my relationship with Chris is better now. So, I believe it can be done,” Paltrow stated to Drew Barrymore in 2020, discussing life post-divorce and amicable co-parenting with an ex. “I really wanted to shield my kids from trauma if possible. Chris and I committed to prioritizing them, which is tougher than it seems.”
As the daughter of a well-known actress and a successful rockstar, Apple is accustomed to the spotlight. In September 2025, she landed her first major fashion deal with London-based fashion house Self-Portrait.
The brand announced Apple as their new “Miss Self-Portrait” via Instagram. In the promotional video, she wore a white T-shirt with a black collar featuring “Self-Portrait” across her chest.
“Can’t tell if this hairstyle is working, but this is me. Miss Apple Blythe Alison Martin coming to you from the floor in a gorgeous Self-Portrait baby tee,” she said.
Apple then leaned in to show off her “cute ass earrings,” which featured a bow stud with a pearl dangling from the design. “I’m thrilled to be the new Miss Self-Portrait and can’t wait for the campaign to launch!” she gushed.
Apple also shared striking mirror selfies with “self-portrait” displayed across the screen in other Instagram photos celebrating her new role. She sported soft makeup, including winged eyeliner, well-defined eyebrows, and pink glossy lips that highlighted her full pout. In one shot, she changed into a white halter top, while in another, she rocked a white baby tee with a red graphic, complemented by matching shorts.
Paltrow, for her part, has been candid about her own beauty routine over the years, stating in a November 2024 interview with Stylist that she’s “not one to stand in front of the mirror obsessing over my looks.”
“It’s a cliché, but I genuinely believe in ‘aging gracefully,’” she expressed at the time. “You can resist it to some extent, but I embrace the beauty of being a grown woman and the wisdom that comes with it. There’s nothing pleasant about being that young and entirely unsure of yourself.”
