Barbara Corcoran Reveals Aftermath of Broken Tooth and Split Lip
Barbara Corcoran speaks openly.
The Shark Tank icon, 76, took to Instagram on Tuesday, March 3, to showcase images from a recent visit to the dentist after injuring a tooth. In her post, she shared a photo of her bloodied lip and new teeth while looking chic with soft makeup in the dentist’s chair.
“Saved by my one crooked tooth!” Corcoran captioned the photo. “I stopped by my new apartment to check on renovations. Curiosity didn’t kill the cat, but it certainly took me down. I tripped, and as I fell, my only thought was, ‘Please, not my face!’ Unfortunately, I landed face-first. My lone crooked tooth managed to break the fall.”
She further added, “My upper lip was barely intact and there was a lot of blood. (I’ll spare you the graphic images, but it was quite a scene.)”
Corcoran mentioned that her superintendent suggested a doctor in her building who promptly stitched her lip. “Five stitches later from @drjohnesherman, and I was set to go!” Corcoran noted. “I had scheduled to travel early the next day for four speeches across four cities, and I looked pretty scary with my missing front tooth.”
To expedite her dental repair, Corcoran consulted Dr. Rosenthal at Apa Aesthetic in NYC. “Thirty minutes later, I left with my brand-new, perfectly straight front tooth,” she expressed her satisfaction.
“A significant upgrade from my brave tooth, which is probably still at the scene. In short, I knocked out my front tooth and didn’t even receive a gold medal for it,” Corcoran humorously remarked.
This isn’t the first time Corcoran has been candid about her appearance. In June 2025, she detailed all the cosmetic work she had undergone throughout the year, including “three facelifts.”
She also disclosed that she’s had an “eye lift, a lower eyelid skin pinch, a brow lift, professional teeth whitening [and] ear filler [four times] a year.”
To maintain her youthful appearance, Corcoran also undergoes “fractional CO2 laser treatments on [her] face annually,” along with “clear and brilliant laser treatments twice a year” and “fractional 1550 laser” sessions yearly to promote collagen production, improving wrinkles, scars, and sun damage.
“Heard the cool kids were sharing their plastic surgery secrets ➡️,” she captioned the post, referencing Kylie Jenner and Sami Sheen’s own confessions about cosmetic procedures earlier that month.
