Katie Price Unveils New Appearance Following Cosmetic Procedures
U.K. reality star Katie Price is unveiling her eye-catching new appearance following a series of elective cosmetic procedures.
At 48 years old, Price turned heads as she walked the red carpet at the National Television Awards in London on Tuesday, September 8. She showcased her ultra bronzed complexion, dramatic eye makeup, dark lip liner, and sleek pulled-back hairstyle. Just hours before the event, she revealed details of her almost unrecognizable transformation—including the enhancements made to her features—via Instagram.
“Since one of my breasts was slightly larger than the other, they inserted a new implant, and while they were at it, I asked them to add a bit more to both,” Price, the British reality TV personality and former glamor model known for her roles in the U.K.’s Celebrity Big Brother and Celebrity MasterChef, shared with her followers.
“Additionally, where my face has become hollow with age and weight loss, I got filler injected while I was asleep, right under the muscle, beneath the bone,” she explained, gesturing towards her cheekbones. “I didn’t have anything added to my cheeks, and I think the swelling has gone down, but I currently feel like a hamster. It’s sore.”
Price also shared with her audience that she had hired a new makeup artist instead of her regular “glam squad” to achieve a bold and fresh look for the event.
“The artist doing my makeup is incredible—I’m so honored and lucky. They’re iconic and thrilled to do my makeup,” she shared. “They have to cover up all this. Just wait—I can’t wait to see the magic.”
When asked about her decision to work with someone new, Price revealed that differences in vision regarding her outfit led her to seek a new direction.
“Initially, I had a glam squad, but they opted out of doing the NTAs because I didn’t want to wear the outfits they suggested. The outfit I chose for myself is still unique because I prefer not to follow the crowd,” she explained. “In a way, it was a blessing in disguise when they declined my glam.”
When it comes to her striking hairstyle, Price noted, “I’ve removed all my extensions because I’m aiming for a wet look today. I want my hair slicked back for that sleek appearance. It’s going to be truly iconic.”
Recently, Price discussed the cosmetic surgeries she has undergone over the years. In an interview for The Price of Perfection, she told British TV presenter Olivia Attwood that estimating the total number of procedures is challenging.
“Oh my gosh, that’s tough to say. Maybe around 30 or 40? I must have had that many,” she revealed in the interview, which aired in the U.K. in August.
Some of the procedures she has previously mentioned include multiple facelifts, breast augmentations, a lip lift, and several butt lifts.
