Married to Medicine Reunion Trailer Hints at Fractured Friendships
The Married to Medicine cast is prepared for an intense interview with Andy Cohen.
Us Weekly is thrilled to present an exclusive first look at the upcoming season 12 reunion special, set to air on Sunday, March 22.
Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb, Dr. Mimi Sanders, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Angel Love Davis, and Brandi Milton are ready to reflect on yet another memorable season.
A particularly shocking moment unfolds between Dr. Jackie and Dr. Simone as their longstanding friendship seems to be on the verge of collapse.
“We will never get back together again,” Dr. Simone expresses tearfully. “I don’t want to, and I can’t.”
Dr. Simone also confronts Dr. Heavenly over her comments regarding her marriage in several confessional interviews this season.
“The difference between you and me is my husband treats me exceptionally well,” Dr. Heavenly responds. Dr. Simone replies, “[With] my husband, we married because we wanted to. Not because I was pregnant.”
The reunion will also give Quad the chance to discuss her breakup with Kirk King. In February, the Bravo star confirmed to TMZ that she ended her relationship with her boyfriend quietly at the end of 2025.
“While we shared many meaningful experiences, that chapter of my life has now closed,” Quad stated at the time. “I wish him all the best. In 2026, my focus is on moving forward with clarity and purpose. Thank you for your support.”
At one point during the trailer, Andy inquires, “What caused the breakup?”
In true Married to Medicine fashion, the cast isn’t the only one stirring up drama. The husbands are also part of the reunion, with Dr. Eugene Harris and Steve Sanders getting into a heated exchange backstage.
“I see what you do. I see who you are,” Steve asserts during a tense conversation. “You’re Eugene Bush.”
Before wrapping up the reunion, Dr. Heavenly will seemingly address her future on the show.
As the dentist continues her campaign for United States Congress in Georgia’s District 13, many wonder if she will leave the show if elected.
“I’m not shutting any doors, but that’s the plan,” she says. Dr. Contessa responds, “So is this goodbye?”
Tune in to witness the revelations when Married to Medicine airs on Bravo Sundays at 9 p.m. ET. You can catch up on previous episodes anytime on Peacock.
