Kyle from Summer House Playfully Jokes About ‘Deception’ on WWHL
Kyle Cooke is facing numerous questions as he approaches the Summer House season 10 reunion.
“Over the past decade, I’ve had to revisit some tough moments,” Kyle, 43, expressed through Threads on Wednesday, April 15. “Watching it as a viewer, I’ve realized things I wasn’t aware of as a cast member. Last night’s episode? WOW 🤯.”
In the episode aired on Tuesday, April 14, Bravo’s popular reality show showcased viewers witnessing Amanda Batula confronting West Wilson for kissing another girl in front of Ciara Miller.
Now that Amanda, 34, has confirmed her relationship with West, 31, following her breakup with Kyle, the storyline takes on a fresh twist. Their surprising connection will likely be thoroughly examined during the upcoming Summer House reunion taping later this month.
“My team is preparing for the SUMMER HOUSE REUNION,” host Andy Cohen shared on Threads on March 31. “Feel free to post your questions for the entire cast here, and let me know where you’re from!”
Kyle responded on Wednesday, stating, “Are there consequences for dishonesty on WWHL?”
Although it’s unclear what he refers to specifically, West appeared on WWHL shortly before his relationship with Amanda was confirmed, and claimed they were merely friends. In a related note, fellow Summer House star Mia Calabrese mentioned during Tuesday’s episode that Ciara, 30, suspected something was going on between West and Amanda.
“Ciara’s intuition was telling her something, and I didn’t want to accept it,” Mia, 34, told Andy, 57. “Then everything started making sense.”
When asked for an update on Ciara’s feelings given West’s new relationship with her former best friend, Mia responded, “Ciara feels how anyone would feel if their best friend started seeing their ex. Yet, I must say, Ciara is like a sister to me — she will thrive, and I’ll always support her.”
Despite West and Amanda attempting to remain discreet post-confirmation of their relationship, the couple was recently seen together at a bar in New York City.
Amanda also issued a public apology to her followers for any disappointment she may have caused them.
“I wanted to express my sincere apologies to everyone I’ve let down and hurt, especially to those personally known to me whom I’ve reached out to individually,” she shared via her Instagram Story on Friday, April 10. “For my mental health, I’m aiming to find some normalcy in my life. If you see me out or online, please understand that this is still weighing heavily on me. I’m not ignoring the situation or its developments.”
Amanda concluded, “I’ll be present at the reunion and will address all questions openly and honestly.”
Summer House airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET. New episodes are available for streaming on Peacock the following day.
