Manon Bannerman Collaborates with PinkPantheress at Coachella

Manon Bannerman has made her debut at Coachella, but not alongside Katseye.

The 23-year-old Swiss artist took the stage on April 18 with fellow musician PinkPantheress at the Mojave stage. The illustrious lineup included Janelle Monáe, Tyriq Withers, Chase Infiniti, Slayyyter, and Zara Larsson.

PinkPantheress, 25, dazzled in a custom Pink Wink Bra featuring a unique tartan pattern complemented by blue lace and meticulously hand-embellished black, blue, and red crystals. The “Stateside” singer’s backup dancers donned Pink’s commercial pieces, such as the Relaxed Rib Boyfriend Tank Top, Wear Everywhere Push-Up Bra, and Ruffle Bloomer Panty.

Manon’s collaboration with PinkPantheress comes after her absence from both of Katseye’s performances at Coachella on April 10 and Friday, April 17.

Stars showcased their creativity with striking outfits at the 2026 Coachella Music & Arts Festival. Bachelor Nation’s Kit Keenan, for instance, created her sparkling ensemble with assistance from her designer mom, Cynthia Rowley. She shared the design journey through TikTok earlier this month, providing behind-the-scenes glimpses of her mom sewing pieces together.

In February, Katseye—consisting of members Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza, and Yoonchae Jeung—announced that Manon would be taking a break from the group.

“After open and thoughtful conversations together, we are sharing that Manon will be taking a temporary hiatus from group activities to focus on her health and wellbeing,” the group stated on social media platform Weverse. “We fully support this decision. Katseye is committed to showing up for one another and for the fans who mean everything to us. The group will continue scheduled activities during this period, and we look forward to reuniting when the time is right.”

Shortly following the announcement, Manon assured fans she was “OK” in her own message on Weverse.

“Hi friends,” she stated. “I want you to hear this from me: I’m healthy, I’m OK, and I’m taking care of myself. Thank you for checking in! Sometimes things unfold in ways we don’t fully control, but I’m trusting the bigger picture. Thank you for standing by me. I love you endlessly and can’t wait to see you again.”

In a follow-up post, Manon expressed, “Thank you so much for all the love and support you’ve been sending my way. I’m truly grateful for the patience and kindness everyone has shown during this time. [Katseye’s management] HxG and I are having positive conversations, and I feel supported. I’m happy and I’m healthy. I’ll share more soon. Thank you for always being there for me.”

Observant fans noticed that earlier this month, Manon had removed “Katseye” from her Instagram bio. A source exclusively told Us Weekly that the singer does not intend to return to the girl group. (Us has reached out to Manon and a representative for Katseye for comment.)

Katseye was created through Hybe and Geffen Records’ 2023 reality competition series Dream Academy. The group gained fame with their breakthrough single “Touch” and their popular hit “Gabriela.” They were nominated for Best New Artist at the 2026 Grammys in February.
