Reflecting on Annie Knight’s 583 Men Challenge: One Year Later

The Australian OnlyFans creator Annie Knight captured headlines a year ago after her remarkable feat of sleeping with 583 men in just six hours, which resulted in her hospitalization.

“Completing 583 in one day felt overwhelming, and I was unsure how I would cope since my previous record was 24 in a day,” Knight exclusively told Us Weekly shortly after the May 2025 challenge. “Surprisingly, it turned out to be manageable. I was astonished by how easy it felt.”

Knight mentioned that she received 2,000 sign-ups for this event, emphasizing that all participants were required to wear condoms. Before the event, her fiancé, Henry Brayshaw, reached out to show his support.

“He was working on the day of the event but called me in the morning to wish me luck, saying, ‘Make us proud. Have fun. Be safe,’” Knight recounted. “Later that night, he called to ask, ‘How did it go?’ and I shared everything with him.”

Annie Knight Discloses Hospitalization After Sleeping With 583 Men

Days post-event, Knight shared an Instagram Story from her hospital bed, donning a blue gown. “I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t great for your body,” she captioned the photo. She informed Us that she had undergone blood tests and further medical assessments.

Annie Knight Reflects on Her Body ‘Hitting a Wall’ After the Event

In the days following the event, Knight told Us that her body had “hit a wall.” She elaborated that she felt “exhausted” from organizing the challenge while simultaneously purchasing her “dream house” with Brayshaw.

Knight also noted that her endometriosis worsened, mentioning that “hormonal imbalances can lead to irregular and heavy periods,” a condition she has been managing since then.

Annie Knight Claims She Lacked ‘Any Answers’ Post-Hospitalization

In June 2025, Knight provided an update on her health, stating she didn’t have “any answers” at that time. “I’m not doing well; I’ve been experiencing heavy bleeding since the challenge,” Knight disclosed exclusively to Us. “It felt quite raw down there, and I even had a small cut.”

Knight expressed her frustration over medical professionals focusing on the 583 men challenge instead of her endometriosis and other health concerns.

“I was frustrated because it didn’t make sense to attribute everything to the challenge. I reminded them that I had been experiencing these issues since January, long before the challenge in May,” Knight remembered. “It was disheartening to see them try to pin everything on the challenge.”

She added, “Eventually, they admitted that it wasn’t the challenge, and I thought, ‘I told you so.’”

Annie Knight’s Earnings ‘Tripled’ Following the Event

Knight shared with Us in May 2025 that she was earning approximately $200,000 per month and owned four properties. Just a month later, she disclosed that her “earnings have tripled since the event,” adding, “It has been incredible.”

By August 2025, Knight noted to Us that her income had dropped, something she anticipated.

“During the month of the challenge, my earnings peaked at about $600,000,” Knight explained to Us. “Now it has settled to a consistent $450,000 per month.”

She continued, “This fluctuation is expected; with heightened media attention, there’s an increase, but it always tends to normalize. The key is to maintain consistency.”
