Nicole Kidman Reacts to Taylor Swift and Haim Sisters’ Knicks Apparel
Nicole Kidman expressed her enthusiasm for the celebrity-inspired shirts worn by Taylor Swift and the Haim sisters during the New York Knicks’ Game 4.
At 58 years old, Kidman shared a reel of Swift, 36, as she cheered for the Knicks against the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals on Wednesday, June 10, in New York City. The reel, shared by Page Six, captured Swift cheering alongside Alana, Este Haim, and Mariska Hargitay. Both Swift and Hargitay, aged 62, wore matching “Stevie Nicks” baby tees, while Alana sported a “Knickleback” shirt and Este flaunted a “Knickole” top.
Kidman captioned the post with, “Right there with you girls! 🏀💕.”
The star of Babygirl also shared a TikTok from the Haim sisters’ account, where Alana, 34, tossed her hair while sitting on a stool. Este, 40, and Swift then joined her in the frame to showcase their matching outfits. The trio lip-synced to Cyndi Lauper’s “Girls Just Want To Have Fun.”
Kidman added, “My girls!” over the post. “I just wanna have fun!”
During the game, Swift, Este, and Alana were spotted enthusiastically jumping in their courtside seats as the Knicks clinched victory with a score of 107-106.
Previously, Swift attended the Knicks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers game in May, during the NBA Eastern Conference Finals with her fiancé Travis Kelce. She donned a neutral outfit consisting of a black tank top, blue jeans, and a silver chain necklace. Kelce, 36, displayed his support with a Cavaliers hat.
This marks Swift’s first time sitting courtside at Madison Square Garden since 2014, when she famously wore a maroon sweater backwards, showcasing a cutout at her chest instead of the back, paired with tan pants and black leather booties.
Swift also showed her support in October 2014, sitting courtside with Karlie Kloss and Ben Stiller, wearing a black turtleneck sweater, dark pants, and cheetah print heels.
Over the years, Swift has expressed her admiration for New York City in her music, penning songs like “Welcome to New York,” “Cornelia Street,” “False God,” “Delicate,” “Coney Island,” and more. She moved to the city in 2014 and purchased a penthouse in Tribeca.
Swift often enjoys social nights in New York as well. In November 2023, she had a girls’ night with Brittany Mahomes, Selena Gomez, Sophie Turner, and Gigi Hadid at Bondst. One of her favorite dining spots is Via Carota in the West Village, and she frequently records her music at Electric Lady Studios.
