Amanda in the City Proposes a Double Date with Kyle West
Amanda Batula is set to merge her romantic worlds in the forthcoming In the City finale — hinting at a potential double date with her boyfriend West Wilson, estranged husband Kyle Cooke, and his rumored interest Salley Carson.
After the episode that aired on Tuesday, July 7, Bravo released a preview for the In the City finale, showcasing a conversation between Amanda, 34, and Kyle, 43, reflecting on their love lives post their split in January.
“Maybe me, you, West, and Salley can all grab dinner together,” Amanda proposes to Kyle, playfully grinning as she raises the topic while sitting on the couch.
Kyle remains silent in the preview, yet his body language indicates his discomfort with the suggestion.
As the founder of Loverboy, Kyle quickly lowers his head, leaning over and rubbing his forehead at the thought of a double date with Amanda and his former Summer House co-star West, 31.
Viewers will have to tune in to the next episode of In the City on Tuesday, July 14, to see Kyle’s reaction to Amanda’s proposed outing. In the meantime, let Us remind you of how the exes arrived at this moment.
Kyle and Amanda wed in September 2021 after a six-year relationship, all of which unfolded on-camera for Bravo’s Summer House.
The couple revealed their separation in January after four years of marriage.
During the challenging last months of their marriage, rumors circulated that Amanda had moved on with co-star West, who had a brief relationship with her former close friend Ciara Miller in 2023.
Initially denying their fling, West and Amanda confirmed their relationship on March 31, shocking fans across the Bravoverse. (A source later disclosed to Us Weekly in April that Ciara, 30, and West had recently hooked up, complicating the dynamics within their friend group.)
During the three-part reunion of Summer House that aired from May to June, Amanda and West faced intense scrutiny.
The interrogation didn’t stop there. Bravo aired Summer House: The Aftermath special in June, where Lindsay Hubbard probed Amanda about her relationship with West, and Kyle had a talk with West to clarify their dating timeline.
Amid the controversy over their romance, Us confirmed on June 15 that West is not returning for season 11 of the show, which is currently being filmed. Additionally, Us reported that Amanda was “not invited back” for the new season either.
Kyle has started exploring the dating scene again, including spending time with Southern Charm‘s Salley, 31. (Salley was previously linked to West in the fall of 2025 following a football game together in South Carolina.)
Us confirmed earlier in June that Kyle and Salley were “hooking up” after he was seen in Charleston with their mutual friends Austen Kroll and Craig Conover.
“It’s new and casual, but he’s really into her and they’ve been having fun,” a source revealed at that time. “They’ve only hung out a few times but get along great, and there’s a lot of chemistry.”
Later that month, Kyle ignited romance rumors with Next Gen NYC star Ava Dash after they were spotted at the Palm Tree Music Festival in Southampton, New York, on June 27.
“We’ve grown really close over the past couple of months,” Ava, 26, told Us on July 1. “Our friend circles overlap significantly, so we’ve just been enjoying each other’s company.”
When asked about the rumors regarding her and Kyle, Ava teased, “What happens in the Hamptons, stays in the Hamptons, for now.”
