Milania Giudice’s Best Friend Victoria Zardoya’s Autopsy Postponed

An autopsy for Milania Giudice’s deceased friend Victoria Zardoya has been postponed following her tragic passing at the age of 20.

A representative from the Manatee County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed to Us that Zardoya will be moved once organ donation procedures are finalized.

Reports indicate that Zardoya suffered injuries from a fall on Friday, July 24, while visiting Egmont Key, an island near Tampa Bay, Florida. The circumstances surrounding the fall remain unclear at the time of publication.

On Sunday, July 26, close friend Victoria Silberbusch shared her account of Zardoya’s tragic fall on Instagram “at the request of Victoria Zardoya’s family.”

“On July 24, 2026, a day that started with joy on the water among friends took a heartbreaking turn,” Silberbusch, who was present during the incident, wrote. “A beautiful 20-year-old named Victoria Zardoya, who had traveled to Florida for the weekend, suffered fatal injuries from a horrific fall while we were exploring the historic ruins at Fort Dade on Egmont Key.”

Silberbusch recounted that their group was preparing to depart when Zardoya suddenly fell.

“We rushed to the edge, calling out for her, only to realize she had fallen much further than we initially thought. We immediately climbed down to reach her while others contacted 911,” her statement continued. “Friends on the boats launched flares to assist first responders in locating us quickly, and further calls were made to highlight the urgency of the situation.”

“Every effort was made to help her. Her injuries were severe,” she added. “We stayed by Victoria’s side, trying to keep her comfortable until first responders could arrive.”

Zardoya was initially transported by boat and later by medical helicopter for urgent care but sadly succumbed to her injuries two days later. It has been reported that Zardoya was an organ donor.

In the aftermath of her passing, Zardoya’s long-time friend Milania, 20, along with the Giudice family, honored the young woman’s memory. Milania posted throwback photos from her childhood on her Instagram Story, captioning it with, “Lowkey hate nostalgia because what do you mean I can never go back.”

Her mother, Teresa Giudice, shared a heart emoji and praying hands, adding, “We love Victoria.”

“Words cannot encapsulate this kind of pain,” Milania’s father, Joe Giudice, expressed via Instagram on Sunday, July 26. “Victoria, you were like a daughter to me. I watched you grow up alongside my daughter Milania. We were neighbors for years, and you became part of our family. I still can’t believe you’re gone.”

He continued, “To think that a simple fall while just enjoying life could take away such a beautiful soul is heartbreaking. You were only 20, with your entire future ahead of you. Life is so fragile; in an instant, everything can change. Please never take a single day or the people you love for granted.”

Zardoya’s friend Molly Page Morris also described her as a “light” and “full of energy” while speaking exclusively to Us.

“She truly appreciated life, living it to the fullest. Her friends often remarked on her incredible sense of humor and contagious laughter,” Morris recalled. “She was beautiful inside and out. We all attended school together and are currently in college, and she had just turned 20.”
