Meghan Markle Dazzles in Sundress for the ‘End of Summer’ Celebration
Meghan Markle is enjoying some sunny moments before the arrival of fall.
The 45-year-old Markle donned a stylish white dress while attending to her garden in California, sharing a new photograph via her As Ever brand’s official Instagram account on Saturday, August 29.
“Soaking in the last bits of summer in the garden 🌼,” the caption stated.
The Duchess of Sussex looked stunning in a crisp dress featuring short sleeves, a fitted bodice, and a pleated A-line skirt. She complemented her outfit with a wide-brimmed straw hat for sun protection and an elegant ring. Markle styled her brunette locks in a low ponytail, flowing down her back.
Markle’s post comes shortly after she and her family vacated their Montecito residence and relocated to the United Kingdom with her husband, Prince Harry, and their two children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5. According to BBC reports, the family arrived in England on August 26, six years following their departure from royal duties.
The family plans to stay in the U.K. for an extended period, with their children expected to start school this month. Although they will be spending considerable time in England, they are likely to retain their home in Montecito, which they acquired after stepping back from their royal roles in 2020. Additionally, they maintain a vacation home in Portugal.
A source exclusively disclosed to Us regarding their move, stating, “Harry finds more happiness in the U.K. than in the U.S.” The insider further mentioned that he and Markle “are looking to reside somewhere outside of London,” rather than in the heart of the city. “They are embracing a new chapter.”
The source continued, “Harry still approaches opportunities as if he were part of the royal family. He admires royals who have distanced themselves from the royal spotlight, such as Sarah Ferguson, and does not wish to emulate her path. He aims to pursue opportunities that resonate with him, though this can present limits. They obviously need to devise ways to generate income, which makes them eager to establish fruitful partnerships.”
