Ariana Biermann Discloses That Ex Hudson McLeroy Has Entered Rehab
Hudson McLeroy is sharing his personal reasons for returning to Atlanta following his breakup with Ariana Biermann.
“I was in the process of starting a car business in Atlanta, and it was going well until I encountered some setbacks, including a car explosion,” Hudson, 24, disclosed during the Wednesday, September 23 episode of Next Gen NYC. “I didn’t just bail to Atlanta. I was sincerely working to establish a business and addressing the concerns Ariana expressed about my efforts while we were together.”
The Bravo star added, “I also struggled with a relapse into drug addiction. I was dealing with a lot of challenges all at once.”
During the reunion episode hosted by Andy Cohen, Charlie Zakkour criticized Hudson for leaving New York City and not fighting for Ariana, 24, who remained in the city.
Ariana defended her ex at one point, expressing a desire for Charlie, 30, to show more understanding.
“You act like Hudson wasn’t struggling with a severe drug addiction,” she remarked during the reunion taping. “He went to rehab—you have to consider the situation!”
Charlie, who admitted to not knowing all the specifics about Hudson’s situation, responded, “At that moment, all I saw was someone making a lot of claims about wanting his ex while not putting in the effort.”
As Hudson faced health issues, Ariana revealed she kept in contact with his family.
“I was frequently in touch with his family, providing every type of support I could while also being mindful of the boundaries I wanted to establish with him,” she mentioned. “When someone’s health is in jeopardy, all bets are off.”
When Andy, 58, inquired if they briefly reconciled, Ariana confirmed they attempted to rekindle their relationship but ultimately chose to remain friends and coworkers.
“Hudson had just completed rehab, and I was enduring a challenging time in my life,” she emphasized. “We found solace in each other once more. We’re like family. When push comes to shove, if Hudson needs me, regardless of where I am in the world, I’m always here to help him.”
In a separate interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Hudson provided more details about his experiences.
“I can’t control everything happening around me, nor can I manage every relationship or disappointment, but I’m learning to control how I respond to those situations,” he said in an interview published on Thursday, September 24. “That’s a lesson I plan to carry for the rest of my life.”
