Southern Charm‘s Madison LeCroy frequently shares her insights on diet and fitness routines.
LeCroy initiated her health journey by completing the 75 Soft Challenge during the summer of 2024 and is now moving on to the 75 Hard for 2025. Both challenges were designed by author and entrepreneur Andy Frisella and require participants to adhere to six strict lifestyle rules for a continuous 75 days.
Throughout the challenges, LeCroy has engaged in Pilates workouts, cold plunges, sauna sessions, and various other exercises. While she enjoys gym classes, she primarily trains in her advanced home gym.
In addition to fitness, LeCroy has integrated nutritious recipes into her meals, including her favorite hearty breakfast salad. Many of her culinary creations serve as healthier substitutes for traditional junk foods.

New Year Inspiration
As she embarked on her New Year’s fitness resolutions, LeCroy offered motivational encouragement for those feeling challenged.
“It’s the first week of January and we’re all thinking, ‘Ugh, I’m done with Dry January, with healthy eating and daily workouts.’ But we will press on,” she affirmed in a January 2024 TikTok video. “We’ll stay strong and healthy—that’s the core of it all.”
LeCroy also shared her daily workout routine: stretching, treadmill running, a 45-minute sauna session, and a three-minute cold plunge.
Straying Off Track
The Bravo star took to TikTok to discuss moments when she veered from her diet.
“Want to know what I ate today? After working out and sitting in the sauna, I decided to indulge in a massive Philly cheesesteak foot-long sub with six wings, either medium-well or hot, accompanied by blue cheese. Yes, I actually drank the blue cheese with a straw,” she reminisced in a January 2024 TikTok. “Last night was a tuna sandwich with both slices of bread and a Mountain Dew.”
In the caption of her video, LeCroy humorously expressed a desire to grieve in “peace.”
Team Cottage Cheese
LeCroy introduced her supporters to one of her favorite snacks, prepared with vegetables and cottage cheese.
“If cottage cheese isn’t your thing, swipe up and mature a bit,” LeCroy joked in an April 2024 TikTok. “I heard that from someone and thought it was valid. Usually, I mix in cottage cheese with red pepper flakes and truffle salt—my obsession. I’ll add a few veggies. If you want to boost protein, throw in a hard-boiled egg.”
Although LeCroy opted out of boiling an egg, she sprinkled everything bagel seasoning for added crunch.
Beauty Sleep Ritual
Alongside her dietary and fitness routines, LeCroy prioritizes restful sleep. In an April 2024 TikTok, she showcased her evening drink that she enjoys before bedtime.
“Here’s my sleepy girl mocktail. Tart cherry juice is my favorite,” she stated while presenting the drink bottle. “I’ve been on this since January and went a little heavy on the magnesium.”
LeCroy noted that adding cherries enhances the cocktail vibe of the drink.
Baking Blunders
In a May 2024 TikTok, LeCroy revealed her plans to bake a cake using a boxed mix.
“Ready to make a cake—yellow with chocolate icing. This is not skinny at all,” she joked, later joined by her husband Brett Randle. “Fun fact: Brett’s a baker and he hates that I use a mix instead of making it from scratch.”
While preparing the cake, LeCroy realized she lacked sufficient eggs, prompting Randle to reach out to a neighbor. After securing the eggs, they faced another challenge: frosting a crumbling cake.
“This looks like the cake from Matilda. It was going well at first,” she commented. “What matters is the taste—it’s like a lava cake!”
Rocky Beginning
As she began her 75 Soft journey, LeCroy encountered difficulties with the lifestyle shift.
“I’m on day two of 75 Soft—I know you’ve heard of 75 Hard—but let’s be real, I’m not going through 75 days in summer without enjoying a piña colada,” LeCroy shared in a June 2024 TikTok video. “Water intake is the challenge for me. I calculated based on my size and height and need to drink 96 ounces a day, which feels like six pounds. I feel like I’m drowning.”
LeCroy humorously noted that consuming so much water felt like “poisoning,” yet acknowledged she would be “happy” once she began seeing results.
Adding Flavor
LeCroy openly discussed her willingness to sprinkle a healthy amount of salt and other seasonings on her meals.
“I put salt on everything,” she disclosed in a June 2024 TikTok. “I know some say it’s bad for you. But if you’re sweating and doing sauna sessions, you can afford a little salt. It won’t harm you.”
Trying New Things
While preparing another healthy snack, LeCroy decided to experiment with an ingredient she usually avoids.
“I’ll be honest—I’m not a fan of plain yogurt,” she confessed in an August 2024 TikTok. “It reminds me of sour cream, but I’m attempting to change my viewpoint.”
Though she was put off by the yogurt’s scent, she made a parfait with honey, granola, and berries, pleasantly surprised by the taste.
Fasting Experience
In August 2024, LeCroy engaged in a five-day program by Prolon that simulated a fasting diet and shared her experiences with her followers.
“I usually do this three times a year. I need to slim down before a trip,” she said in a TikTok while showcasing one of Prolon’s soups. “We get crackers with our meals, so I like to break them up and share since I only get soup for dinner.”
In a follow-up video, LeCroy shared that she typically avoids intense workouts during the cleanse but does maintain her cold plunge sessions. By the third day, she admitted it was the “hardest day” and regretted weighing herself.
“I was only down a pound and a half, and you won’t see that weight loss until the sixth day because it’s just five days long,” she reflected in a TikTok. “Day three is tough since you don’t get olives, and instead of snacks, you just get tea.”
After completing the cleanse, LeCroy celebrated on social media, sharing, “Abs checked in. Thank goodness,” in a clip showcasing her toned abdomen. “Now I can indulge on vacation and enjoy all the food and drinks I want.”
Healthy Comfort Food Alternatives
LeCroy has several recipes that imitate her favorite comfort foods, one of which is a healthier version of mac and cheese.
“I’m making something not healthy, but better than macaroni and cheese in terms of nutrition,” she noted in August 2024 TikTok. “It includes a lot of cream and cheese and all the Southern flavors you’d expect in a casserole. It’s a squash casserole.”
The TV star explained that she typically slices up six squash to boil and then mixes them with cream, cheese, and various seasonings. Once complete, she pairs the dish with a salad.
Satisfying Guilt-Free Snacks
Feeling peckish after dinner, LeCroy craved a light snack.
“I’m going for the kale—but don’t swipe up yet because I promise it’s [good],” she narrated in September 2024 TikTok, filling a bowl with kale. “It will dehydrate since we’re using the air fryer. You can use the oven too, but the air fryer is easier.”
Before placing the leafy greens in the air fryer, she sprayed them with olive oil, salt, and ranch seasoning. LeCroy expressed her delight, stating that this snack is “better than popcorn” and reminiscent of a “cool ranch Dorito.”

In January 2025, LeCroy took to her Instagram Story to announce the start of her 75 Hard challenge, giving fans a sneak peek into her meal planning process.
“Nothing grand! The meals I share are straightforward. If it’s a turkey patty, it’s from the store—no secret recipes, no homemade sauces, and definitely no fresh garden lettuce (because I don’t have one!),” she shared. “I simply prepare food and meals I enjoy, especially during the 75 Hard program. I appreciate your excitement about this journey!”
