Why Paige DeSorbo Decided Not to Get Breast Implants

Paige DeSorbo shared her reasons for opting against breast augmentation.

During a January 16 episode of her “Giggly Squad” podcast, which she co-hosts with Hannah Berner, the 32-year-old discussed her choice.

“Rest in peace to Denise Richards’ breast augmentations,” Berner, 33, remarked as they began the episode. “Two of her breast implants ruptured.” (Richards, 53, recently shared about her implants rupturing in an interview with Entertainment Weekly about the third season of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. During a challenge, she leaped off a bridge, injuring her implants, which now require surgery for replacement or removal.)

DeSorbo responded, “I wonder if you know right when it happens. Do you feel it inside like, ‘I just popped a bag?’” The Summer House star then expressed her reservations about surgical enhancement. “Here’s why I opted against a boob job: if something were to go wrong medically, I would be the type whose body would say, ‘No thank you’ and reject it.”

She added, “That happened to Paris Hilton! Years ago, she underwent a boob job, and her body rejected them, prompting her to have them removed immediately.”

DeSorbo may possess insider knowledge since Hilton, 43, has consistently denied having plastic surgery in the past.

“I feel proud to be all natural,” Hilton stated during a November 2024 episode of the “Zach Sang Show.”

“I’ve avoided the sun. I’ve never had Botox or injectables, no surgery, nothing,” Hilton continued.

This isn’t the first time DeSorbo has talked openly about plastic surgery. In a November 2024 interview with Us Weekly, she revealed plans for a mini-facelift in the future.

“Now that I’m 32 and haven’t done Botox or fillers, expect to see me at 40 with just a mini facelift,” she remarked, expressing her admiration for the transformation Christina Aguilera has had.

Although Aguilera, 43, has not directly addressed getting a facelift, she has mentioned using Merz Aesthetics and Xeomin, an injectable that helps prevent frown lines. In March 2023, the singer told Allure, “I think we all can rely on a little help.”

Aguilera further stated: “I think it’s wonderful to be open about what you’re doing — at your own comfort level, of course. I’ve always been quite transparent about embracing my body and appearance.”
