Love Is Blind star Alex Byrd celebrates her stunning transformation.
The 33-year-old recently shared a glimpse of her makeover on TikTok, revealing before-and-after photos from her time on season 7 of the show. The first image features her LiB cast picture. In the shot, she sported a strapless yellow dress with a sweetheart neckline, long sleeves, and knee-high slits. Her long, softly curled hair cascaded down to her chest, complemented by soft makeup. She captioned the photo with, “’Remember how you looked on that show last year?’”
Next, she showcased her stylish Valentine’s Day outfit from earlier this month, which included a plunging cropped blazer with denim lapels and matching pants. Alex accentuated her look with flirty lashes and styled her bob in a chic, side-parted bombshell blowout. “Lockjaw ✨,” she added over the photo.
“Since nobody recognizes me🙄😂,” Alex captioned the post, which garnered admiration from her fans in the comments.
“You were always gorgeous, let’s not get it twisted!” one fan noted, while Alex responded with, “Period💅🏽.” Another admirer added, “And you looked beautiful both before & after😍,” along with others inquiring about her “workout routine.”
Alex’s transformation follows the end of her engagement with costar Tim Godbee and the drama that unfolded afterwards.

In October 2024, Tim, 33, publicly described their relationship as “toxic” on social media, claiming that Alex never made a “serious effort” in their romance.
Shortly after, Alex addressed his remarks in an interview with Vulture. “It’s been unfortunate to witness a lot of what Tim has been posting lately, but it wasn’t a mutual decision,” she clarified. “That was his own choice. Tim was very strategic about what he said on camera, and I accepted that because he has the right to keep things private.”
Viewers witnessed their breakup unfold during the season when Alex met Tim’s family and took a nap, which he deemed disrespectful. Shortly thereafter, he ended their engagement.
Tim Godbee explained the reasons behind his decision to end his engagement with Alex Byrd just before their wedding day. “When love, authenticity, and respect are repeatedly met with indifference, persistent antagonism, and disregard for your personal space, it necessitates a decisive response.”
Alex is the second LiB season 7 participant to discuss body change. Her fellow cast member Hannah Jiles made headlines last year during the show for her transformation.
“It’s fascinating because when the show premiered, people were saying, ‘She’s a whale, she’s so fat, she’s disgusting. How can she even talk to Nick [Dorka] like that when she’s overweight?’” Hannah, 27, recounted in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly at that time. “After I shared a recent TikTok, the narrative shifted to, ‘Oh, she’s lost weight.’ Then it turned into, ‘Oh, it’s Ozempic. Now that you’ve fixed your weight, fix your personality.’ It’s impossible to please everyone.”
