Kylie Kelce Lauds Taylor Swift’s Remarkable Determination

Kylie Kelce is shedding light on her relationship with her brother-in-law Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift.

“The drive is incredible,” Kylie, 32, expressed on the Thursday, March 6, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “Experiencing it is truly amazing.”

Kylie has become acquainted with Swift, 35, since the singer started dating Travis, also 35, in the summer of 2023. They had their first meeting the following year at an NFL playoff game.

“I will say, we were in the know before everyone else, but it didn’t really hit the group chat,” Kylie recounted on a February episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “[My husband, Jason Kelce,] and I found out together, but we were aware before they officially made it public when she attended a game.”

Kylie clarified that she wasn’t “avoiding” Swift by not meeting before the Kansas City Chiefs versus Buffalo Bills game in January 2024.

“It’s funny because I always tell people, ‘I didn’t meet Travis for nearly a year when Jase and I were dating,’” the field hockey coach stated, noting that she and Jason, 37, have since enjoyed double dates with Swift and Travis.

All these interactions have confirmed to both Kylie and Jason that there is a genuine connection between the pop star and Travis.

“I remember the first time he mentioned hanging out with her, and I was like, ‘Are you serious? You’re spending time with Taylor Swift, that’s unbelievable [and] fantastic for you,’” Jason shared on “The Steam Room” podcast in February. “You meet a lot of people, and this felt distinct. What felt different was the way he spoke about her from the very beginning.”

He continued, “You could sense how much he genuinely liked her right from the start, and that was an eye-opener for me during our early discussions.”

Jason, Kylie, and their oldest daughters — the couple shares Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 3, Bennett, 2, and they are expecting their fourth child — have also rallied behind Swift during her Eras Tour. The Kelces attended concerts in London and Miami, among other locations. (Jason and Travis’ parents, Donna and Ed, have also attended several performances.)

“The Miami show was incredible,” Jason mentioned in an October 2024 episode of his and Travis’ “New Heights” podcast. “Maybe it’s because we’re back in the U.S. — the London crowd was amazing — but the rain and everything else made it an extraordinary experience.”
