With that in mind, I opted to test the skin tint to see if it truly improves the look of my skin right after application.

Right off the bat, I was impressed by the packaging design. The Super Boost Skin Tint comes in a tube resembling a syringe, allowing for precise dispensing of product. A gentle press releases a small amount, while a firmer press yields more. I seriously dislike wasting product, something that often happens with foundations that lack pumps; thus, I truly appreciate the control this offers.

Upon first application, the tint absorbed seamlessly into my skin, showcasing a gel-like consistency and a barely-there sensation. While a single layer felt a little too sheer for my liking, it still succeeded in evening out my complexion and minimizing the visibility of dark spots and redness. Freckles remained visible under the tint, which I liked a lot. I could opt for an extra layer for more coverage, but typically, I found that one layer sufficed for that “no makeup” makeup appearance.

As for wear time, I found it performs quite well throughout the day. However, to extend its durability, I like pairing it with a light finishing powder. I typically use Glossier Wowder, which is lightweight, further demonstrating the tint’s staying power. It delivers a radiant finish, giving the skin a fresh, glowing appearance without looking greasy.

For a sheer application, press the tube’s end once. For a fuller coverage, apply more pressure until you reach the desired amount. The brand suggests applying it with your fingers on your face and neck; however, I found fingers work best, as sponges tend to absorb more product than I’d prefer.

Keep in mind that the Super Boost Skin Tint leans towards lighter coverage. If you prefer full-coverage foundations, this may not be an ideal choice for you.

This skin tint is an excellent option for individuals looking for a bit more coverage than a tinted moisturizer or SPF, but less than a conventional foundation. If you’re interested in makeup products with beneficial skin ingredients, the Super Boost Skin Tint is likely a good match.
