A Guide to Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s Blended Family

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly were both parents before they celebrated the arrival of their first child together.

The couple began their relationship in 2020, quickly intertwining their lives. Despite experiencing various challenges, they ultimately parted ways in November 2024, but not before welcoming a daughter in March 2025. (Fox had previously experienced a miscarriage prior to revealing her pregnancy in the fall of 2024.)

Fox has three children—Noah, Bodhi, and Journey—with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green before growing her family with Kelly. (Fox and Green were married from 2010 until 2021.)

On his side, Kelly welcomed a daughter named Casie in July 2009 with his former partner Emma Cannon.
