Kylie Jenner’s Baddie Era Endures Amid Style Evolution
Kylie Jenner remains just as much of a baddie now as she was back in 2016.
The 27-year-old shared her thoughts on her fashion style during an interview with Dazed, published on Friday, May 30.
When questioned about whether she’s missing her “baddie” phase, as many fans have suggested due to her recent softer makeup and more casual outfits, Jenner dismissed the rumors with a laugh.
“That’s so funny! I’ve seen that before too, and I’m always like, first of all, the baddie never left,” she clarified. “I wear a latex dress at least once a week. Like, where do you guys think the baddie went?”
She further explained that just because she wore a “flowy dress” recently doesn’t mean her sultry style is disappearing.
“People saw me in a flowy dress once in my life, and they were like, ‘She’s gone!’ I wore a sundress once in Palm Springs, you know – like, can a girl wear a sundress once?” she joked.
Since her relationship with Timothée Chalamet, fans have noticed a shift towards more natural makeup. However, Jenner clarified that this isn’t necessarily due to her boyfriend—her outfits remain just as alluring as they were during her single days.
“I don’t know how I feel about that,” she responded when asked if her evolving style is related to Chalamet, 29. “I just don’t want to talk about personal things.”
For instance, Jenner wore a daring Atelier Versace dress at the 2025 Golden Globes in January, which featured a plunging neckline and a completely open back. After the event, Kylie asked her mother, Kris Jenner, during an episode of The Kardashians if her dress was too revealing for the awards show.
“Should I have looked like this at the Golden Globes with my tits out?” she asked in an April episode. Kris, 69, immediately supported her daughter. “Yes. You have to wear your best dress to every function you go to, no matter what.”
