Ariana Madix Addresses Face Rumors and Reveals Her Favorite Treatment

On June 4, Madix, 39, addressed a social media user who suggested she had undergone cosmetic procedures via Instagram. To celebrate the kickoff of Love Island USA season 7, which she is hosting, she shared a Reel showcasing her entrance into the villa, dressed in a custom outfit by Taylor Jean Cox adorned with 3,000 beads. Her pastel pink top featured thick straps and a plunging neckline. Styled by Emily Men, she paired the crop top with a low-waisted skirt that accentuated her abs and highlighted her toned legs through its sheer, crystal-embellished design.
Madix completed her look with a full makeup application by Krystal Dawn, showcasing pink eyeshadow, defined brows, and rosy cheeks. Her platinum blonde hair, styled straight and parted down the middle, was created by Carl Bembridge.
While the majority of fans complimented her appearance in the comments, one user claimed she had altered her face, stating, “She did something to her face but it’s perfectly done.”
The Vanderpump Rules star promptly dispelled the rumors, replying to the user, “Nope! From last year to now I’ve lost weight and had my first laser treatment.” She emphasized, “Nothing different.”

Madix elaborated on her treatment, stating, “It was the trifecta from Juliana Clinic,” located in Beverly Hills. “You have to go like 4 times tho.”
