Demi Engemann’s Nose Job: The Bump That Made Me Crazy
Demi Engemann champions transparency.
The star of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, aged 30, took to Instagram on Sunday, June 8, to discuss her cosmetic surgery journey. In response to fans’ inquiries about which rumors were “facts” or just “caps,” the Hulu personality revealed she underwent a nose job.
“FACT!” Demi Engemann wrote alongside a photo of her nose pre-surgery. “This bump from the side drove me nuts in pics!” She further explained, “I had a partial rhinoplasty six years ago with Dr. John Bitter. He did an amazing job!”
Engemann also shared a photo of her post-surgery results in the following snap.
This isn’t Demi’s first time discussing her experiences with plastic surgery.
In 2024, she shared on TikTok that she underwent breast augmentation, humorously adding that her husband wouldn’t be allowed to touch her new assets.
“Your plastic surgeon gave you the perfect 🍈🍈,” she captioned her post. “And then he says your husband can’t touch them for 2 weeks.” Engemann also mentioned her surgeon, Dr. Gregg Guilfoyle, based in Provo, Utah.

During a 2024 interview with Page Six, Engemann elaborated on the prevalence of plastic surgery in Utah.
“Utah’s known for subtle procedures that maintain a natural look,” she explained, adding that many women undergo surgery “before they’re even 20.”
Engemann further commented, “If you only make minor adjustments to things that annoy you, it frees your mind from worrying about them. It’s definitely worth it.”
The second season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives debuted on Hulu last month, with part two scheduled to release later this year.
