Utah Stars Discuss Their Experiences with Plastic Surgery: Featuring Love Island’s Vanna Einerson and Others
From Love Island USA‘s Vanna Einerson to The Real Housewives of Mormon Wives‘ Layla Taylor, several stars from Utah have been open about undergoing plastic surgery at a young age.
Take Demi Engemann, for instance, who shared with Page Six in 2024 that “Utah’s recognized for having very subtle procedures that maintain a natural look.” The star of The Secret Wives of Mormon Lives emphasized that it’s common for women in the area to opt for surgery “before turning 20.”
Taylor has also been transparent about her cosmetic enhancements, revealing to Page Six that she has made a few “minor adjustments,” including a tummy tuck, lip fillers, chin fillers, and Botox.
Einerson, now 21, disclosed to Nick Viall on his “Viall Files” podcast in July 2025 that she has undergone breast augmentation and had her lips enhanced.
While on Love Island USA, she pointed out that many girls in Salt Lake City share features similar to hers. “There’s a stereotype for Utah girls,” she remarked during a conversation with Ace Greene. He inquired what that stereotype involved, and Vanna responded, while gesturing towards her chest, “You’re looking at it! It’s me! All the girls are, like, tan and blonde,” she added.
