Taylor Swift is ensuring that everyone’s hair looks stunning.
The day after Swift, 35, visited fans at the Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City on Thursday, December 12, she played Santa Claus and surprised a young patient and fan with a $600 Dyson Airdrop Multi-Styler.
In a video shared on social media, the fan was seen unwrapping the hair styler after reading a note that said, “In case Santa doesn’t come through. Love, Taylor Swift.”
The fan tore into the wrapping paper—wearing a Taylor Swift 1989 T-shirt—and exclaimed, “It’s a Dyson!”
“No way!” a voice off camera exclaimed as the fan dropped her jaw, threw her head back, and laughed.
“Yesterday, Taylor asked this sweet girl at the hospital what she wanted for Christmas, and she said a Dyson Airdrop,” captioned the social media user who posted the video.
Many Swifties praised the singer’s kindness in the comments section, with some writing, “Her giving gifts on her own birthday 😭🥹 I picked the right idol.”

She laughed at one fan’s Kansas City Chiefs blanket, which featured multiple players, including Patrick Mahomes. Instead of a spot for Travis Kelce, Swift’s boyfriend, the blanket humorously read, “Go Taylor’s Boyfriend.”
