Lindsay Arnold is a testament to the idea that the show must go on.

Just moments before her live appearance on HSN to support Volition Beauty, the 31-year-old Dancing With the Stars pro dancer made an unexpected discovery about her body.

“Little did she know she would start her [period] in these white pants just 15 minutes before going live on television,” Arnold captioned a TikTok video on Thursday, July 17, showcasing her all-white outfit.

In the end, Arnold persevered and went live on the prominent home shopping network. And yes, she had a bit of fun on social media after the experience.

“Miss flow really said ‘nice try,’” she quipped in her TikTok caption. “#OutfitCheck #AllWhite #GirlyThings #GirlStuff #JustGirlyThings #MomsofTikTok #MomLife #GirlLife #Woman.”

Another follower shared a similar story of an inconvenient period start.

Rather than facing a major wardrobe crisis, Arnold successfully completed her live segment on HSN in West Chester, Pennsylvania, before heading back to her family in Utah.

Despite a flight delay, the dancer opted to indulge in some much-needed rest and relaxation.

I chose to visit @RescueSpa for a treatment,” she shared on her Instagram Story. “Then I couldn’t leave Philly without grabbing a cheesesteak! It was amazing, but now I’m at the airport dealing with heartburn, so was it worth it? Hahaha yes, absolutely yes.”
