Ashley Iaconetti Reveals All Her Cosmetic Procedures and Botox Treatments
Bachelor Nation’s Ashley Iaconetti has always been open about her experiences — and she’s now sharing details about her cosmetic procedures.
“I absolutely adore my masseter botox,” Iaconetti, 37, revealed to cohost Ben Higgins during the Monday, December 1, episode of their podcast “Almost Famous” when discussing cosmetic enhancements. “It definitely transforms my face.”
The former Bachelor in Paradise contestant elaborated that masseter botox—Botox injections into the jaw’s masseter muscle—gives her a “much more feminine” and “narrow” appearance.
“It narrows my jawline because, without it, while I appreciate my natural face, it tends to look more boxy,” Iaconetti explained. “It shifts from a square shape to a slightly more defined look.”
As the cohosts discussed the increasing transparency of celebrities regarding body modifications, particularly plastic surgery, Iaconetti chose to share all the procedures she’s undergone.
“I do get botox in my forehead, but I only need it about twice a year,” she noted, joking, “I suppose my forehead is trained not to move much. Because before botox, wow!”
Set to appear on the inaugural season of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island in 2026, Iaconetti described masseter botox as a key part of her beauty regimen.
“I have my lips filled,” she continued, explaining that this is typically done “once every other year or year and a half.”
Iaconetti mentioned that she’s had her under-eyes filled slightly to address a minor divot. She clarified to Higgins, 36, that since she doesn’t suffer from “serious dark circles,” she doesn’t need filler in that area very often.
“I have filler in my temples, which I need to balance out. They’re a bit uneven right now,” she chuckled. “I have just a tiny amount in my cheekbone as well—just a couple of drops.”
The reality star reflected on her decisions regarding her procedures, stating that she is “pretty happy” with her beauty routine.
Iaconetti also mentioned chin filler, referring to it as her “big filler.”
“If I could only choose two things, it would definitely be the forehead botox and the chin filler, with jaw tox as a close third,” she shared.
Iaconetti had previously discussed her fondness for botox in February, sharing on her Instagram Story, “Well, for eternity, my #1 is definitely forehead botox.”
She humorously stated, “Botox has become like saying Kleenex for tissue.”
Iaconetti recalled that she recently underwent NeoGen PSR (Plasma Skin Regeneration), a non-invasive treatment aimed at addressing acne scarring and boosting collagen.
“I just had NeoGenPSR done last month at @aiyanaatelier. It takes about six months to see full effects, but it’s essentially a fantastic collagen enhancer,” she said. “I feel like, despite [my son] Hayden waking me up three times every night, I’m still looking fresh and youthful these days.”
Iaconetti shares sons Dawson, 3, and Hayden, 16 months, with her husband, Jared Haibon, whom she married in 2019 after meeting on season 2 of BiP.
