Hailey Bieber: The Inspiration for Bronx and Banco’s Fall 2025 Collection
Bronx and Banco designer Natalie De’banco draws her inspiration from some of the finest sources.
After her stunning fall/winter 2025 showcase at the Hall Des Lumières during New York Fashion Week, De’banco opened up exclusively to Us Weekly, revealing that her “muse” for the Aspen-inspired collection was Hailey Bieber and Sex and the City character Samantha Jones.
“I think she’s just so perfect and chic,” De’banco remarked about Bieber, 28. “She’s a confident young woman with great strength. It’s wonderful to see her evolve into a businesswoman and a wife. [She’s] such an inspiring figure.”
Regarding fashion icons from the past, De’banco infused a “power” element into her collection by embodying the confident spirit and sultry style of Samantha Jones (portrayed by Kim Cattrall). “She was the quintessential boss woman,” the designer expressed to Us. “A true Power New Yorker.”
Even though De’banco has not yet dressed Bieber, she hopes that the It Girl will wear her striking magenta power suit — which, according to Us, perfectly suits the Rhode founder’s style. The suit boasts broad shoulder pads and a dazzling silhouette that shines with every movement. “She’s strong yet playful and sexy,” De’banco shared with Us.
The remainder of her collection showcases pastel cutout dresses embellished with feathers, sheer gowns, beaded outfits, silky blouses, and much more. De’banco suggests wearing the collection “anywhere.” Despite its festive vibe, she envisions the line — which she believes will “translate season to season” — shining both in “day-to-day” life and during special occasions.
De’banco especially aspires to see her collection debut in the “glamorous” Aspen, Colorado.
“That was the inspiration for my design,” she explained to Us, noting that creating winter collections can be “a bit challenging” for her due to her roots in warm-weather Sydney, Australia. “I am definitely a summer person,” she acknowledged, pointing out that typical ski-cation attire features lavish furs and sparkling outfits. “Aspen truly inspired me.”
