UPDATE 2/18/25 at 12:40 p.m. ET — Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have officially sold their Georgia home.
The estranged couple finalized the sale for $2.75 million on January 3, according to the property’s Zillow listing. This selling price is almost $4 million less than the initial $6 million asking price listed in October 2023.
Even though they didn’t achieve their original asking price, the $2.75 million sale surpasses the $880,000 they originally paid for the home back in 2012. The sale occurred one month following the property’s public auction listing, though it’s unclear if it was sold through Fulton County.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s residence in Georgia has been put up for public auction and may face foreclosure.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars’ home went to auction on Tuesday, December 3, as reported in a public notice released by Fulton County on November 27.
While the property’s status remains uncertain, it was included in Fulton County’s December 3 foreclosure listing, according to public records.
The public auction notice from November indicated that the Alpharetta property was set to be “sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash” outside the Fulton County Courthouse on Tuesday.
This update follows new revelations regarding Zolciak, 46, and Biermann’s ongoing divorce that surfaced earlier on Tuesday. A report obtained by TMZ from the Milton Police Department indicated that officers responded to a domestic violence call from their residence on November 27. (Zolciak and Biermann, 39, filed for divorce after 11 years of marriage in May 2023.)
The report stated that Zolciak claimed Biermann became physical in front of their children. The estranged couple shares sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 11, and Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship. It remains unclear which children witnessed the incident.
Zolciak alleged that an argument escalated while she was on a ladder removing curtains and that Biermann became confrontational before the situation turned physical.
She further claimed that the former football player physically removed her from the ladder and threw her to the ground.
Zolciak reportedly informed law enforcement that she sustained injuries from the incident. However, officers noted in their report that she declined to provide any physical evidence of injury when first responders arrived. Biermann, for his part, asserted that Zolciak incited the altercation and allegedly struck him.
Us Weekly has reached out to the couple’s representatives for comment.
The former couple, who tied the knot in November 2011, purchased their Georgia mansion in the Manor Golf & Country Club in 2021 for $880,000.
In February 2023, the mansion was also set for public auction, but Brock & Scott, PLLC announced on February 22, 2023, that the estate’s sale would not proceed. The reasons for the auction’s cancellation were not disclosed at that time.
This legal situation arose less than three months before the couple announced their divorce.
