Mauricio Umansky Caught Kissing an Unknown Woman in L.A.
Mauricio Umansky was spotted getting intimate with a mystery woman.
According to images obtained by People and published on Tuesday, May 13, Umansky, 54, was seen sharing a kiss with the unidentified woman while out in Los Angeles the night before.
The publication reported that Umansky, whose separation from ex-wife Kyle Richards was confirmed by Us Weekly in July 2023, was first observed “walking hand in hand” with the woman. He later offered her his jacket, which she draped over her shoulders.
At this point, the real estate agent and businessman “leans in for a kiss,” with a photo capturing Umansky lifting the woman by her backside, wrapping her legs around his waist. The Agency founder wore a grin as he held her close while she buried her face in his shoulder.
Umansky separated from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 56, after 27 years of marriage. They share three children — Alexia, 28, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17 — along with Farrah Aldjufrie, 36, whose biological father is Richards’ former husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
As of now, Umansky and Richards have not filed for divorce.
Following their separation, Umansky has been seen with various women, with a source telling Us in December 2024 that he is “dating around and … having fun.”
The insider elaborated, “He’s a happy-go-lucky kind of guy and can’t sit still when it comes to dating and traveling right now. He enjoys his freedom and isn’t looking for anything serious.”
Since his split from Richards, Umansky has been linked to influencer Alexandria Wolfe, Anitta, and Lele Pons, and was also observed kissing former Buying Beverly Hills star Nikita Kahn at a Mykonos airport in July 2024.
Model Klaudia K was seen engaging in a public kiss with Umansky during a vacation in Aspen in December, but a source confirmed that their connection was “not serious.” Shortly after, Umansky was spotted cuddling another local model, Eryl Masters.
For her part, Richards has not publicly acknowledged any new romances since separating from Umansky but has been linked to singer Morgan Wade.
Richards’ co-star Erika Jayne recently mentioned to Us that she believes the cast should help each other find love. “We should all try to set each other up; it could be amusing,” Jayne, 53, exclusively told Us on April 25. “I think it would be funny if we all took turns setting each other up.”
Jayne also suggested that Richards “likes stability, calmness, and tall, dark, and handsome types.”
