Stassi Schroeder’s Daughter Injures Her with a Broom, Causing a Bleeding Wound
Stassi Schroeder’s daughter Hartford is a devoted fan of Wicked — and she’s not afraid to unleash her passion!
“This Christmas was intensely Wicked!” Schroeder’s husband, Beau Clark, wrote in a video he shared on Instagram on Thursday, December 26.
At just 3 years old, Hartford donned a yellow dress and wielded Elphaba’s broom from the Wicked film, with Cynthia Erivo’s “Defying Gravity” playing in the background. Both Schroeder and Hartford joyfully sang along, with Hartford energetically raising her broomstick in the air. In a playful moment, her broom accidentally hit Schroeder’s face.
“Are you OK?” Hartford asked, while Schroeder, 36, humorously mused about appearing like Dracula. In response, Hartford went to fetch her mom “a napkin” to tend to the minor injury.
Schroeder glanced at Clark, 44, who was still filming, revealing blood trickling down the left side of her mouth. Reacting, Clark exclaimed, “Oh my God!” prompting Schroeder to ask, “Is it really that serious?”
As Clark repeatedly exclaimed “oh my God,” Schroeder began to laugh, unsure if he was joking with her. When Hartford tried to wipe the blood off her mother’s face, Schroeder couldn’t help but chuckle at the absurdity of the situation.
“I’m so sorry,” Hartford said, still holding a cloth to her mom’s face. (It’s worth noting that the Wicked soundtrack continued to play in the background throughout.)
In a comment on Clark’s video, Schroeder reassured everyone the injury was not as severe as it appeared.
“But yes, that side of my chin has always been numb ever since the chin implant lol,” the former Bravo star revealed, referencing the surgery she underwent at age 18.
Schroeder and Clark are parents to daughter Hartford and son Messer, who is 15 months old. Since becoming a mother, the reality star has expressed her joy in her roles as a wife and mom.
“If I were incredibly wealthy and had ample help, I’d love to have more kids. I dream of a big family with Clark,” Schroeder shared during an October appearance on the “Disrespectfully” podcast.
“I think of single parents multiple times a day because I do have assistance. Hartford’s in school, and I have a husband who helps out a lot. So I’m supported, but I still feel overwhelmed often. I often think, ‘There are people out there doing this all alone. Alone, alone.’”
