The Complete List of Products Lindsay Arnold Is Using Post-Breast Augmentation
Dancing With the Stars alum Lindsay Arnold revealed her tips for recovering from a breast augmentation.
On January 15, the 31-year-old posted on Instagram about her recovery essentials. Among her comfort items were fuzzy gripping socks, a heating pad, a soft sleeping mask, and supportive bras.
She also utilized an orthopedic bed wedge tailored for post-surgery recovery, allowing her to relax in an upright position. (Doctors typically advise against lying on your side or stomach for six to eight weeks after the procedure.)
Before her surgery, Arnold prepared by ordering silicone sheets for scar management, a cold breast pack, a soft seat belt cover, a hoodie designed to accommodate drains from a post-operative bra, and a chest pillow for safety while sleeping or driving.
Keeping her fans updated on her recovery, Arnold shared in a video on Wednesday, “I’m feeling much better today.” She admitted that the aftermath of anesthesia the previous day was challenging, saying, “I was incredibly nauseous, dizzy, and threw up whenever I stood up.”
Despite experiencing some discomfort, Arnold remarked that “the pain has been completely manageable,” adding, “It’s very minimal!”
Last month, Arnold discussed her desire for a breast augmentation on TikTok, expressing her wish for a “natural” appearance with added “fullness and volume.”
Already a mother of two, Arnold shared her intentions to expand her family with husband Sam Cusick, stating her doctor confirmed it was “completely fine” for her to have the surgery before planning to have more children.
Before her surgery, Arnold mentioned feeling “excited” and “nervous” at the same time. To stay comfortable, she styled her hair in two French braids, keeping it off her face. She also indicated her preference for a 265cc implant to achieve a natural aesthetic.
