Tristan Thompson Shares Special Moments with Three of His Children in Heartwarming Family Photos
Tristan Thompson is thoroughly embracing his role as a dad, showcased in a series of new family photos.
On Wednesday, December 18, the 33-year-old shared multiple images featuring his kids, Prince, 8, True, 6, and Tatum, 2, on his Instagram, with a red heart emoji in the post’s caption.
One photo captured Thompson grinning as he stood behind Prince and True, who were busy making yellow-colored slime. Another image showed the three siblings dressed in white, happily holding hands.
Additional pictures included Prince cuddling his brother during lunch, the trio beaming in a parking garage, and a professional shot of Thompson with his firstborn.
Thompson shares Prince with ex Jordan Craig, and both True and Tatum with Khloé Kardashian. He is also the father of Maralee Nichols’s 3-year-old son, Theo, who was not mentioned in this social media celebration.
Khloé, aged 40, and her sister Kim Kardashian both “liked” Thompson’s post from Wednesday.
Thompson and Khloé had an on-and-off relationship from 2016 until 2021, finally parting ways after news surfaced that he had fathered Theo around the same time he and the founder of Good American were expecting Tatum via surrogate. Currently, they are both focused on co-parenting their children amicably.
“He’s a wonderful person, and we get along so well now. We might not be meant for each other, but he was destined to be the father of these kids,” Khloé expressed on a May episode of the “SHE MD” podcast. “We have a great relationship, and I am so thankful for that because my parents [Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian] got along so well.”
Thompson has also been a guest at the extravagant birthday celebrations Khloé has organized for True and Tatum over the years. In 2022, he even offered to cover the costs when True turned 4.
“No, he is not going to take care of the entire party. That’s very thoughtful, but I won’t let that happen,” Khloé stated to her mother on an episode of The Kardashians. “I am thrilled to be able to do it all on my own. That is nice, but I won’t allow him to take over.”
She added, “I work really hard to create special experiences for True and I don’t require anyone’s assistance.”
Thompson resides in the same Los Angeles neighborhood as Khloé and her children. He was briefly invited to move into her home in early 2023 following the passing of his mother, Andrea. After her death, Thompson took on custody of his brother Amari, who has epilepsy.
“I believe God has a plan, and He doesn’t want him to be alone right now. And why should he be?” Khloé remarked on a July 2023 episode of The Kardashians. “Family is what matters when tough times arise, and Tristan and I are family. We will be family for the rest of our lives.”
