Katie Holmes expressed her concerns about unintentionally having a wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet.
At the Chanel Tribeca Festival Artists Dinner in New York City on Monday, June 8, the 47-year-old actress inquired of photographers whether her nude top was sheer while posing for photos. “Wait, can I ask you something?” she sweetly requested in a video shared via X as she approached the paparazzi.
“Of course,” the photographer responded.
“You can’t see anything inappropriate, right?” she gently asked, to which the photographer confirmed, “No.”

For the occasion, Holmes dazzled in a sand-colored tank top featuring a high, gold neckline and a relaxed fit. Fans caught a glimpse of her V-neck bralette beneath. She paired her top with black pants, accessorizing with a brown Chanel leather belt and matching lambskin heels. Holmes elevated her look further with a small Chanel bowling bag and dangling earrings.
For her glam, Holmes sported a flawless makeup look with dewy skin, bronzed cheeks, and perfectly shaped eyebrows. Her makeup featured black eyeliner, shimmering eyeshadow, and pink, sparkling lips. She styled her hair straight and parted down the middle.
