Mormon Wives Whitney and Jen Reveal Stunning Hair Transformations for DWTS
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Whitney Leavitt and Jen Affleck are ensuring they look their best as they prepare to compete in season 34 of Dancing With the Stars.
On Sunday, August 10, Whitney, 32, took to TikTok to showcase her hair makeover. In her video, her hairstylist held various extensions, teasing the different colors that the reality star might choose. She first teased with platinum locks, followed by some copper strands matched to her auburn hair.
Whitney then cut the clip to reveal her stunning transformation, featuring a blend of copper and blonde highlights. Her hair was styled in bouncy curls, falling slightly past her shoulders. She radiated joy as she admired her new look and danced in excitement.
“New hair loading… 👩🏼👩🏻👩🏻🦰???” Whitney wrote in the post caption. “She’s stage ready 🔥🥵.” Her celebrity friends flooded the comments section with compliments about her new style.
“The girl that pulls off anything 😍,” remarked her Secret Lives of Mormon Wives co-star Taylor Paul, while co-star Layla Taylor added, “I’m actually unwell.” DWTS’ Brandon Armstrong’s wife, Brylee Armstrong, chimed in with, “Whitney this hair is ITTTT.”
Meanwhile, Jen, 26, also revealed a major hair transformation on Sunday via TikTok. She sat in her hairdresser’s chair, waving goodbye to her honey blonde locks. After removing her extensions, she colored her hair brunette, although the hue remained lighter than her roots.
Jen then applied another glaze to her hair before showcasing her dark chocolate transformation with her extensions reattached. Her glossy hair was cut to waist length and beautifully styled in a sleek blowout.
“Back to my roots.. 🙈💃,” she captioned her post, which drew comments from other Mormon Wives co-stars. “It’s giving……. Mirrorball 🔥🔥👀,” wrote Mikayla Matthews, while Jessi Ngatikaura expressed, “THIS IS JEN🔥❤️.”
During the season 1 Mormon Wives reunion in July, Nick Viall surprised the cast by announcing that Jen and Whitney had made it through auditions and will be competing on DWTS.
Additional cast members announced include Alix Earle and Robert Irwin. Season 34 is set to premiere on September 16 on ABC and Disney+.
